Chapter 1 - Driving Home

~Georgie's P.O.V~

I'm sat staring out of the car window, while making our way back to my old house in Riverdale. I am scared and excited at the same time. I haven't seen any of my friends since I left for New York last year, I don't know how they are going to react. If they are going to be happy to see me or not. There was the four of us in our friendship group, Archie Andrews, Betty Cooper, Jughead Jones and me, Georgie Parker. We were all inseparable, even though we were best friends I always had a crush on Archie.

I wonder if Archie is as cute as he was before I left, I know it has only been a year, but people can change. Before I left Riverdale I was a pimply, scraggy 15 year old that looked disgusting and never had a boyfriend or kissed anyone. In New York that all changed, I somehow got prettier and my notty hair turned into beautiful blonde locks.

I met a girl in New York, she helped me out by teaching me how to use makeup properly and how to look after my hair properly. Hell! She even helped me become popular. I was so popular in New York, I had boys all over wanting to be my boyfriend. I kissed plenty of guys, even girls, because I went to alot of parties in New York and played, Truth or Dare and 7 Minutes in Heaven.

Even though I turned into a girl that didn't care about anyone but them selves and a party animal, I still had my virginity because I wanted my first time to be special and not just thrown away with some guy drooling over me.

When we get back to Riverdale it will be just before the end of summer. When we were in New York my mum got remarried to Daren, he thought it would be best if we came back just before the summer ended so we would start school at Riverdale High for the new year. When I say we, I mean my new step-brother and I. Daren said that it would be easier for us to start at the beginning of the year so Jake can fit in easier. It's not like he is gonna have trouble, he was also one of the popular kids back in New York.
