3rd POV

You were driving home, exhausted and tired. You yawned softly, seeing the thick snow around you glowing as a bright pink color due to the beautiful sky. The sun was setting, and the thought that you still had some work to do at home with a certain man was tiring.

You stopped your car and parked into your driveway, then walked out and locked it, then going to your house and ringing the doorbell, curious to see if Xander answered.

After a moment, Xander opened the door. You looked up to see him looking down at you, gaze unreadable.
But once he opened that door, an amazing smell came to you.
Your eyes widened softly. "Hey." You said, voice trailing off as you looked inside, seeing a meal waiting and the table all set.

You walked inside, giving a soft laugh and taking off your jacket without looking away from the scene. "Ha, what's all this?" You asked, smiling up at him.

Xander walked to the table. "I figured you'd be hungry after work, so I made you dinner." He said softly.
You walked to where he was and boy did it look good...

What you saw looked amazing. Chicken parmesan, spaghetti, fresh Coca Cola with ice, and the smell was mouth watering. He even made little designs with the napkins and set the table much more fancier than you.

You smiled uncontrollably. "W-Wow.." You murmured, looking up at him and softly blushing. "T-Thanks..." You said happily.

Xander looked down at you and smiled softly. "Thank me later, you should start eating before it gets cold." He said softly.

You giggled and sat down, looking down at your food and feeling your stomach aching for it. You cut your chicken in a couple pieces, then picked up one with your fork and ate it.

The flavor hit you immediately. Oh, the way the cheese mixed in with the sauce, covered with the perfectly spiced chicken.. You groaned, slouching back in your chair, licking your lips and closing your eyes. "That is so freaking good." You said, going back to your food.

Xander sat down across from your and started eating as well, smiling. "Glad you like it." He said softly.

You twirled your fork in the spaghetti, looking at him in surprise. "How did you make this? Did you search like, I don't know, the world's best chicken parmesan recipe?" You asked in shock.

Xander chuckled, looking away and looking back at you. "No. I made this myself." He said softly.

You were surprised by his answer. "Wh- Really? Where'd you learn?" You asked in curiosity.

His happy mood slightly dropped, clearing his throat and looking at you. "My mother." He replied softly.
You tilted your head. "Your mother?" You asked, but he put down his fork and cleared his throat, grabbing his cola and drinking it.
You could tell he was uncomfortable.

You looked down at the food. "Let's change the subject and talk about how freaking amazing this is. And I thought I was good." You laughed softly. "Seriously, I can't believe you dealt with my food when you had this talent all along." You said in surprise.

Xander smiled softly and sighed. "Yeah, well, I'm capable of a lot of things you wouldn't believe~" He smirked, looking at you and winking softly.

Whoa...

Did he just flirt with you?

You blushed, looking at him and practically hearing your heart beat fast, understanding what he meant by that..

Oh my god, you're living with a pervert.

You felt your face all red, softly laughing. "I-I.." You said, trying to find an answer. Xander looked at his food, chuckling and rolling his eyes. "Thanks anyway." He said softly, noticing your shyness.

You cleared your throat. Did it get hot in here? You grabbed your cola and gave a couple sips. "You're welcome." You said, smiling at him and putting your coke down.

You ate some of the spaghetti, not liking the silence. "So how was your first day alone?" You asked, looking at him in interest. He looked back at you and shrugged softly.
"Good I guess. Pretty boring." He murmured, picking at his food. "How was work?" He asked, looking at you.

You smiled and looked down at the food, then back at him. "Tiring, but I at least came home to this.." You said happily, and relieved since you didn't have to make anything.

Xander gave a small smile, noticing both of your plates empty. He stood up and grabbed both plates and forks, walking to the sink and putting them in.
You got up and went next to him, looking up at him. "Need help?~" You asked, giving a gentle smile. "It's the least I can do." You added.

Xander looked down at you and rolled his eyes. "You've been babying me ever since I got here, this was the least I could do." He said.

You smirked and narrowed your eyes. "Well, I'm gonna still help you~" You purred, walking to the washing machine.

After both cleaning the kitchen together, you gave a soft yawn, looking over at Xander who was drying his hands. You smiled warmly. "Thanks again." You purred.

He looked over at you, ears perking. "No problem." He said. You gave a small stretch. "Well- I'm gonna take a shower, then I'll probabl-" You were cut off by the sound of your ringtone.

You grabbed your phone, curious to see who it was, and Xander looked curious as well.

You looked at your screen, it was Mr. Sun.
You wondered what he wanted..

You answered it. "Good evening, Mr. Sun." You said politely.

"Good evening, L/N. I'm sorry to be disturbing you at this time, but I wanted to talk to you about your 'project'. I know you love your job but I think you should focus more on him than these animals, we have workers plenty, so, how about until this project is over, you stay home every Tuesday and Thursday to take him out places and show him how to be truly human. And... Might as well teach him manners on the way."

You listened to his words, glancing at Xander every time he mentioned him. You loved work, but the days you got to stay home was truly kind of him. Less money, but still enough.

You sighed, smiling softly. "That's fine, sir. Thank you." You said politely.
You both said your farewells and then hung up.

You looked up at Xander who of course was looking down at you with curiosity.
You grinned gently. "My boss is letting me stay home every Tuesday and Thursday so I can stay with you." You explained happily.

Xander looked at you, gaze once again, unreadable. "What'll we even do?" He asked, crossing his arms loosely and looking down at you.

You thought a bit, looking outside. Seeing snow all over the place.
You grinned.
"I have a few plans."
