Denim's POV
I look down at my hands, cuts and scrapes all over them, beaten and bloodied from the way the searchers threw us around. We were on black now. Horrible memories from living here, and fighting here, flooded my mind. I really did not like it. We were thrown right into Black of her Prismiss's Palace. The ceilings were high enough for the clouds to be inside the building and the walls were decorated with the most beautiful paintings, the murals and mosaics filling the place. With guards on either side of us, we were walked to the Prismiss's throne room, where she ruled the island from. My heart dropped further and further down with every step I took, my hands being held behind my back by a shade of black after we started walking.
We approached a set of doors as tall as the ceilings. When it was opened, we were forcefully shoved in the big room. I caught myself of my knees, but I hit my elbows really hard on the ground. I collected myself and got on my feet, helping Blush and Purple as well. Purple was fuming, but I don't blame her. I'll be honest, she scares me in the slightest bit. She's powerful, and I wouldn't want to be on her bad side.
Looking up was sure an interesting idea, I wouldn't say I regret it but also I really wish I waited, cause when I looked up I saw none other than Black of her Prismiss.
She was gigantic. I realized why the ceilings were so high now, she had to stand at least 30 feet tall, and her throne was just as big. She sat confidently, as if she wasn't tainted by anything and she wasn't going to be any time soon. Never have I seen someone so powerful looking, so, threatening.
Black wore a royal headdress, a crown in a sense, She didn't have a dress on, she wore a pleated skirt, and leggings that you could just see her legs through. Her shirt was form fitting, And had a beautiful pattern on it. Her hair was all tucked under the crown, and I could only imagine the amount of shades it took to handle The shade the size of the statues.
"Black, it's been a while, hasn't it?" Purple spoke angrily. What did she mean 'it's been a while'?
Black didn't look down until Purple spoke. She gasped loudly, her sharp inhale piercing through me.
"How?" She questioned. she seemed to be caught off guard at the sight of purple.
"Are you two the ones responsible for this?" She pointed two big fingers at us and spoke with an angry tone. Her voice was curly and spread like tendrils in a dark garden, menacing and scary.
"Yes. They are" Purple spoke for us. Angrier than before. I swear I watched her grow, and just like that she was bigger and taller than me, more frightening than when she was throwing a box against the wall. She dared to walk closer the throne.
"YOU THOUGHT I WAS GONE" Purple screamed. The closer and closer she got to Black the bigger and bigger she grew, and all blush and I could do was stand there, paralyzed in fear.
"YOU THOUGHT YOU KILLED US ALL" Her voice was full of pain, pain that was built up and only just beginning to get out. I was too afraid to question anything she was saying. that is a question for another time.
"I'VE BEEN HERE THIS WHOLE TIME, WAITING,WATCHING. AND NOW I'M BACK, AND YOU WONT KILL ME AGAIN. YOU WON'T TAKE DOWN MY EMPIRE IN YOUR SILLY ATTEMPT TO CONTROL THE ISLANDS AGAIN. YOU WILL NOT COVER THIS UP AGAIN." Purple yelled.
As if moving things with her mind and reading minds wasn't enough, Purple started levitating. Blush Grabbed my arm tight, I think I was shaking at this point. Well that explained why Purples footsteps were so silent.
"YOU WILL NOT STAB ME THROUGH THE HEART ONE MORE TIME WITH THE PRISMISS SWORD. YOU KNOW WE ARE STRONGER THAN YOU, AND SOON THERE WILL BE MORE OF US. I AM BACK AND I AM HERE TO STAY!" Purple was at the height of Black's head, standing probably 8 feet tall now. Black's face was full of rage, she was hardly able to contain herself in her throne.
"GET HER!" Black screamed in anger. Five big obsidians came running through the door for her beck and call, and confused looks struck their faces as soon as they saw Purple.
"No. Never" Purple said, with less intensity than before, like a young shade knocking down a sand castle, She ripped one of the gigantic pillars out of place using her powers.
She let go of it and it fell the ground with the loudest crash imaginable. Crushing all of the obsidians like they were nothing more than ants. Blush and I both fell to the ground from the wave of force the crash of the pillar created. Dust arose in the air, clouding over my vision. Cement blocks were falling from the roof, the throne room was in shambles, just like the parthenon on Blue.
Black stood up from her Throne. "UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE WILL I LET PURPLE FLOURISH ONCE AGAIN" Her voice boomed through the palace, maybe even the whole island.
"You know what then, I. CALL. WAR!" And with one more effortless movement, Purple slammed Black back into her throne with a chunk of the pillar. She let out an aggravated and pained scream. She must of known there was no hope in fighting now because Purple can and will destroy her.
"Blush, Denim, Come now, won't you?" Purple shattered the window, and levitated a shard of glass down to us to hop on. With unsteady feet, Blush and I stepped on. Gently she brought us up to her, and if I hadn't grabbed onto the edge I might of fallen of when we bolted out the window.
" W-where are we going?" I asked, my voice quivering.
"Purple, where I belong, the sub-islands should be made by now, or very close to being made" She said it as if nothing just happened, like she didn't just begin a war or have us floating through the air on a shard of glass away from black in the light of day.
"Can, you please explain what you were saying back there, about not being killed again" Blush asked shyly.
"Oh of course, those horrible shades hid all that away, then continued their lives like normal. Sounds like something they'd do." Purple spoke. "Now where do I begin?"
