<Gabriela's POV>

I slowly woke up. I felt safe in the strong pair of arms that were wrapped around me. I rolled over still in his arms to become face to face with Luke. He was breathing slowly and was still asleep.

"You're staring at me, Princess." I thought he was asleep. I shook my head and cuddled up closer to his body. He was lying in his back with his arm around me while his other arm was behind his head. I laid my head and head on his bare chest.

"I was not staring. I think it was more like admiring."

"You were admiring me? Someone alert the media! Gabriela is finally admiring someone other than herself." With that statement, I smacked his bare chest as hard as I could and sat up. He sat up as well and put his hand where I had smacked him. I felt bad so I grabbed his hand, moving it out of the way so I could see. I had left a small, red handprint on his chest.

"I'm sorry, Luke." He shrugged it off and got out of my bed. I followed right behind him and got out of bed, but with me being so clumsy, I fell and landed on Luke. We were now lying on the floor with Luke on the bottom and me on top. That's when I heard my door opening. I looked up just in time to see Megan opening my door.

"Get off him!" She yelled at me. She was like twenty years older than us and she was yelling at me to get off Luke. Seriously? I stood up and helped Luke off the floor. He grabbed his shirt and threw it on. Then I walked over to the door, pushed Megan away, shut my door, and locked it. Luke had sat on my bed, but I remembered something. I ran over to my bag laying on the floor and dumped it out. I picked through everything that was in my bag until I found it. The small box my father had given me. I walked over and sat beside Luke on my bed.

"Open it." Luke looked at it and then at me repeating himself. "Open it." I slowly opened there was fortune cookie with another box below it. I opened the fortune cookie and pulled out the paper. It was a phone number with a person's name on the back. It was Luke's name and that was his phone number. I glanced at Luke but he pointed to the box below it. I pulled it out and opened it. Car keys? That's when it clicked. I jumped out of bed and ran over to my door, unlocking it and throwing it open. I ran downstairs and found my dad working in his office with Megan lying on the couch complaining about something. I ran over to my father and hugged him from behind.

"THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!!" I yelled. He laughed and hugged me back.

"Why is Luke's phone number in this?"

"He'll take you to it." My father pointed towards the door so I turned around. Luke was standing there holding my bag and a hoodie for me. I walked over and put the hoodie on and walked outside being followed by Luke. He opened his car door for me and I got in.

About two hours later, we pulled into a garage. Luke got out and walked around opening my door as well. I stepped out and that was when I saw it. It was the car of my dreams. I could not believe it. He handed me the keys and I unlocked it running over and opening the door. I sat in the driver's seat and looked at the interior. It was marvelous.

"Get in," I told him. But he shook his head no.

"There's already something in my seat." I was confused until I looked over at the passenger seat. There was another small box. I grabbed it and opened it.

"Oh. My. Gosh." My mother's necklace. She always wore this. I began to cry again just thinking about her. Luke grabbed me and pulled me into his chest. When I finally finished crying, he held out his hand. I placed the necklace in his palm and turned around. He carefully set the necklace around my neck.

"It's beautiful."

"I know." I instantly started fidgeting with it.

"Let's go home," I said and he nodded. He closed my door and got in his car. We then drove to my house. My father, Megan, Jonah, and Kara were all waiting on the front porch. All of them looked happy, except for Megan.
