When I got home, I grabbed my bags and walked in. I could hear my father and Megan talking in the kitchen and I could hear Jonah helping Kada on her work in the living room. I set my bags at the bottom of the stairs and began walking into the kitchen. Right before I got to the kitchen, I could hear my father and Megan's conversation.

"Send her to a private school out in California. She'll be happier than being here. She'll be away from Luke and her mother's grave so she won't have to worry. Everything will be fine. I already contacted the school. I just need your permission to send her off." Was Megan really trying to convince my father to send me to California, only so she could get Luke. That's sick.

I walked in and stood in the doorway. My father and Megan had yet to notice me. My father looked deep in thought while Megan was looking annoyed and waited for him to say yes. Right as my father began to reply, I replied first.

"Absolutely not. I'm not leaving. I have literally the rest of my senior year and I'm done. The only reason you want me gone is so you can 'get with' Luke. Just so you know, you're married, and you already got fired for fucking your boss." When I begun talking, they both turned around to look at me. By the end of my rant, my father looked pissed and so did Megan.

"Language, missy. And you don't have a choice. Megan, she looked beyond pissed. She looked livid. No, much more than that.

"Go away, Gabriela. Your father and I aren't done talking." I rolled my eyes and walked back out to my car and got in. I wanted out. I was not about to allow my father to be persuaded by a monster to send me away only because she wanted Luke.

I quickly grabbed my phone and texted the "Accidental Group Chat" that no one had texted on since the day Luke found me.

Gabriela                                                                                                                                                                                     Can we meet up somewhere please? I really need to talk.

Luke                                                                                                                                                                                                                         Absolutely

They all quickly agreed and said to meet them at a cafe that was a few blocks away from the school. I put some music on and left my house. I drove to the cafe and parked. I hopped out and slammed my door shut, walking into the little coffee shop. As soon as I walked through the door, I instantly saw Luke stand up from a large table in the corner. When he stood up, the rest of the guys quickly turned around to look at me. I sped walked right into Luke's arms and he hugged me tightly. I instantly felt less tense as soon as he touched me. I don't even know why I was so upset.

"Are you okay?" Luke whispered into my ear. I wasn't sure if I'd be able to talk so I just shook my head and snuggled closer into his chest. We stayed in the same position for a few more minutes until I finally pulled away. Luke looked into my eyes but I looked away. I sat down on one side of the booth and Luke sat beside me.

"So, what's going on? You haven't talked to us in a while," Dean asked, leaning forward onto his elbows while looking straight at me. I sighed, knowing that I was about to spill everything.
