She was something different and sometimes she was happy to be different, but not everyone she knew, thought of it that way. Her best friend Luna, has moved into her families home to be extra protection, as she tries to figure out the best possible solution. "Hey, I'm home. Everything good?" Luna called as she walked through the front door, whilst Emily had began to grow nervous, she hated what would come next.. it was like she felt weak. "Hey.." She replied and smiled slightly as she walked around the kitchen. "Where are you?" Luna asked as I could hear her coming closer. "Kitchen" I stopped and watched as Luna walked through the doorway, whilst looking through her bag "I got you something.." and then she looked up.. "Don't.." I began.
"Don't?! Emily, your jaw is black and blue!" I gripped the bottle of chocolate milk in my hand as I heard her words, and watched as the concern and annoyance grow on her face. "I said don't Luna, I don't want to talk about it."
I watched her for a small moment before I began to leave the room, I walked through the second doorway and headed towards the golden staircase. "Emily!" I continued to walk as I ignored her calls and the front door opening, I turned down into the left hallway and walked into my own wing.

As I walked into my room I put down the bottle onto my desk and walked to my bathroom, I took a glance, one glance in that mirror and felt my whole world, my life and my heart come crashing down at the thought of it. Everyday Luna did my makeup to hide what was happening, some days I hated it, others I was thankful for it. She could hide the bruised jaw, and the cuts but she could never.. fix the rest. I turned to my right and could see the paused game, I had all these friends around the world but it was never the same. I was alone in this situation and there was nothing, I could do.

I could hear something in the quietness, and in that moment I walked into my room as the doorway opened. "Emily" My parents. Of course, Luna must have told them. "My god- Max, it's worse than before" I sat down at my desk ignoring every word as I reconnected my controller and plugged in my ear phones, whenever I played, I wouldn't talk, I couldn't risk it. "Don't do this Emily, you need to talk to us" I looked back at them both as they stood by the doorway "You wasn't here from the beginning, you don't have the right to know, so just leave" and put in my earphones as I turned back to the screen. As the game loaded up I could hear quiet laughing, and talking, and as I turned up the volume I had begun to realize.. I was in someone else's game.
"Who, the fuck is that?!" I could hear the bafflement in their tone as I continued to shoot "Dude! Stop! Fucking hell" and began to smile slightly. "What's their name?"
"TheAlpha or some shit" Another spoke and laughed as they continued to speak. "and is currently only killing Racc. I vote whoever they are, stay"
"Shut up Swagger- Dude! Stop shooting me!" The sound of thudding echoed through my ears, I flinched as I began to realize he was getting annoyed. "Who the hell are you and how did you even get onto this match?" But all I did, in that very moment was open the text box and type..
