Slenderman...?

ONE MONTH LATER~~~~~~~~~~~

Narrator's POV

...

Over the span of one month, Liu and you had became close friends. Even then, he would never tell you where he got his scars from. Now, he was walking through the neighbourhood park with a at peace (y/n), oblivious to Ben tailing(stalking?) them from behind. They were too distracted by a joke Liu was telling. By the time Liu sensed a dark presence behind them, it was too late. Ben had lunged at (y/n), knocking her out and pulling her away. He only managed to move around 1 yard before Liu caught up with him. There ensued a brawl in the empty park, disturbing the dreamlike silence. Suddenly, static filled their ears and they collapsed as a faceless man in a fastidiously neat business  suit appeared from nowhere. It would have looked intimidating if a black and red cat had not been draped neatly over his shoulders, purring contentedly and dropping fur everywhere. Slenderman sighed and picked (y/n) up, then swept a single, white-as-snow finger over her forehead, wiping the memories up until before she was attacked. He then put her in a light trance, woke Liu up, told him what to do and teleported away with Ben.

Your POV

'Ughh.... why is my head hurting...?' you groan. 'Pfft...' You twisted your neck to see Liu laughing at you. 'Hey... you OK? You just passed out, so I brought you home.'You turned around to see the familiar sight of your room. The usual cream wallpaper with little roses decorating it; the large four-poster piled high with comforters and pillows; the dark red velvety curtains that you'd loved to hide behind when you were young; the little oak dressing-table with the accompanying leather-coloured stool for her to sit on. She stared at the built-in closet, a great towering thing with doors of mahogany. 'Will you stay for dinner?' you turned to Liu, a little hopeful spark dancing in your eyes. He chuckled and replied'I can't say no to my little princess now, can I?' You squealed in delight as you pranced down to the living room... only to see Ben sitting there and chatting with your parents. You backed out quickly... but not quickly enough. Your mother had spotted you and was beckoning imperiously with a ring-weighted hand while Ben smirked in the background. You ground your teeth as Ben sauntered up beside you. He petted you on the head. He feigned a whimper as you punched him in the stomach. 'Mom, will you let Liu stay for dinner?' 'Why, of course, dear! Apparently, Benjamin here also wants to join us for dinner. He said you and him had some... business together.' Your mother frowned as she said this. 'Well, I'll better go and prepare dinner, (nickname)!' Your mother glanced worriedly behind as she disappeared  into the kitchen.  'I'm going up. Liu's waiting' you mumble as your father and Ben started staring each other down.

20 MINUTES LATER

Still your POV~~~~~~~

'Mmmmm...' you said as you sniffed the air after pausing the GTA5 game that you were playing with Liu. 'Race you to the table, Liu!! Loser has to sing and dance the chicken dance!!' 'Hey, no fair! You got a head start!!' Liu yelled after you as you and him both clattered down the stairs and crashed into Ben, Liu first as he had overtook you. They teetered for a moment on the first step and crashed onto the floor. You burst into peals of laughter as Liu peeled himself from Ben who was lying on the floor. 'Sorry, Ben!' You rushed to the dining table and sat down just a millisecond before Liu, who groaned in resignation. After finishing dinner first and escaping from Ben with their cheeks stuffed with food, you both stumbled out into the garden. The intoxicating scent of crocuses, roses, daffodils and fresh-cut grass filled your noses as you danced giddily on the cropped short garden grass, dancing to the song of the crickets and grasshoppers. Liu, however, was forced to dance the chicken dance. All tired out, you collapsed on the grass, staring up into the indigo-blue sky, wispy clouds, the moon's gentle light bathing you in silver. Liu sat cross-legged beside you and stared up at the stars that were slowly winking into existence. You stretched on the grass, sleep resting heavily on your eyelids. 

The last thing you remembered was Liu's crosshatched face staring kindly down at you. 'Goodnight, (y/n)...' He kissed you lightly on the forehead and left just as darkness blotted out your vision...

Ben's POV

I stared down (y/n)'s father, not noticing that (y/n) herself had escaped. "Mr. (surname), I don't see why I can't date you-' 'I told you, BEN Drowned, you are a certified murderer. I will not trust people like you around (y/n)-' 'Then what about Liu!? He kills as well as any of us.' 'Will you let me finish?! Liu is not a pervert, unlike you! He has morals, also unlike you! The last time you courted someone- Ashley, I think, the entire cavalry was crippled severely because of your petty jealousy!!! So I suggest you find someone else. Thank you!' 

And this went on for around 19 minutes after (y/n) was gone. I was eventually sent up to call Liu and (y/n) down for dinner. I had only set my foot on the first stair before Liu and said girl we had been fighting about bolted down the stairs, -reminding me of Sonic.EXE when he ran down the hallways- and Liu, in the front, crashed into me. 'Sorry, Ben!' (y/n) called out. 

AFTER DINNER

I watched as the two of them rushed out to the garden. I stifled a growl as i watched from the bay windows. She danced around and teased Liu as he was forced to do the chicken dance. In the end, they collapsed on the grass. (y/n) stretched out onto the grass, and then went motionless. I watched as Liu picked her up gently and brought her to her room. After a minute, Liu came back down. I walked in front of him and clenched my fists. 'Goodbye, Mr and Mrs (surname)!' He hollered as he simply pushed past me. Was I that small? I thought as I crept into (y/n)'s room and went through her phone. I went to my room and puffed myself up in the mirror. Then, I remembered something. EJ...
