•Frogs, Biker Gangs, and Comics, Oh My!•
Kate watched as her friend's eyes looked wildly between the strangers they passed. "Are you sure you're alright?"
"Hmm? Oh, yeah, I'm fine. Just... ya know, strangers scare me." Adelia flashed her a smile, stuffing her hands in the pockets of her jacket. With a slight chuckle, Kate rolled her eyes, "Loosen up, Adelia, we're here to have fun; to meet new people. Who knows, you might meet a boy."
Adelia had to admit once again her friend was right, "Fine," She crossed her arms, "I'll try but I'm not making any promises."

"Hello?" Barbara kept tapping away at the service bell on the counter. She and Annie are at the Chinese store, they thought they'd grab a bite to eat for everyone. Annie placed her hand atop her's "Shut up, Barb. I'm sure they heard by now!"
The two girls waited patiently as they could- at least on Barbara's part- standing at the counter for what seemed like hours. They had ordered their food, so the two girls' figured they would be done by now. "What's taken them so long?" inquired Barbara with the tap of her foot.
About 10 minutes into their extended wait, the ring of the door opening got their attention. In came 4 boys dressed in assortments of leather, boots, and long mullet-esque hair. The lead seemed the most imposing, with a dark duster coat over the dark clothing he adorns, and platinum blonde hair. However, he wasn't what got the girls' attention, it was the two taller boys.
Following the theme of dressing darkly, both had long and wild hair. The tallest boy had dark brown hair and dark eyes to match, whereas the other was beach blonde and more punk looking with a tight-fitting mesh shirt and leather attire.
Annie and Barbara shared looks between each other, smirks pulling at the corners of their mouth.
The platinum blonde stepped forward with a smug grin, "Ladies."

The other halg of the girl gang had grown tired, having walked through the comic store 'round and 'round. The two boys up front got their attention, "You girl's new?"
Adelia's head shot to the right, sharing a sharp glance at them. Unfortunately, Adelia isn't much of a people person, if you already couldn't tell. However, Kate is the more friendly and approachable one of the group.
"Oh, yes, we just came from the East to visit family and spend our vacation at the beach. There are two other's with us." Words rolled off her tongue. Something Adelia always found of: How easily Kate could talk to others, so caring and forgiving.
The first boy spoke in place of the other, "We're the Frog brothers. I'm Edgar, and this is my brother Alan."
The first boy, Edgar, tried to appear more disciplined and had a wannabe Rambo complex. Whereas Alan (his younger brother) is much more soft and placid.
"Next time don't wander alone, or separate down to one person." Warned Alan. The girls got confused and asked: "Why?"
Alan shook his head, "This place can be dangerous at night, especially when Surfer-Nazis gather like the plague." Alan added, "-And don't forget about the boys, too."
Kate glanced at Adelia, even she didn't have a clue. "What 'boys'?"
Edgar and Alan shared a look between each other, "The Lost Boys." They spoke in unison, Edgar took over, "A group of four up-to-no-good motorcycle gang. I say your best bet is to hurry, find your friends, and leave as fast as you can." And as if on cue, Barbara and Annie strolled in, excited smiles on their faces with Chinese takeout in their hands.
Kate turned to the boys, "Thanks you two, we'll be a bit more careful, goodbye!" the girls filed out the store one by one.
Edgar stopped Adelia by the arm, "You might like this comic. And it may come in handy." he handed her the comic then walked off.

The girls left the Santa Carla beachside and headed home. Relief washed over Adelia as she crashed on her bed with a heavy sigh. Looking over the comic Edgar had recommended her, she rolled her eyes. It was about vampires and what-not. She preferred more superhero editions over bloodsuckers and wolfmen. Tossing it to the side, on her nightstand, she joined the others on Kate's large bed.
"So, what are you two so happy about." she pointed at Annie and Barb, "Especially you, Annie. You don't smile this happy."
The two questionable girls shared giggles, "Well, we ran into these boys at the Chinese food joint we stopped by to get our food." Grinned Barbara.
Kate ushered them on with her hand, "Go on, go on."
"And they were hella hot!" cried Annie, and before Adelia knew it, the two described said boys in awfully great detail. Adelia's eyes widened at her two friends, hearing Barb and Annie tell about the boys' leather outfits and their blonde and brown wild hair.
"Yeah, and their leader, he has cool platinum hair too!" added Annie.
Barbara spoke up, "And their names are David, Paul, Dwayne, and Marko!"
Adelia couldn't believe her ears, they were talking about the same boys she saw drifting in the merry-go-round only hours agos.
