"thank you, teacher!"
joohyun packs her books as the kids left one by one, running towards their respective parents. joohyun smiles at such sight. she looks down, lightly caressing her baby bump. in a blink of an eye, she is already in her fifth month of pregnancy. taehyung is very, very excited, she could say, even more so than she is.
she didn't mind it not even one bit, taehyung will be the cutest daddy to ever exist.
"suyeon? is your father not here yet?"
joohyun then realizes how suyeon is the only one who haven't went home yet. her handsome father is nowhere to be found. now that she thinks about it, after almost one month suyeon being a student here, joohyun have never once seen suyeon's mother. is seokjin a single dad? she doesn't know.
"joohyun-noona!"
"taehyung!" she gives him a quick kiss on his lips, making the younger guy to burst into a whole grin. ever since she is confirmed to be pregnant, taehyung didn't let her to drive anymore, and that includes him to send her and pick her back from school. "let's go back- oh, who is this cutie?"
suyeon immediately cracks a small smile as taehyung greets her. weird, the girl never really talk, even in class, but she quickly seems rather warm with taehyung. "my name is suyeon." her voice was rather soft and barely audible, yet joohyun finds her really adorable.
"who are you waiting for, suyeon?"
"my daddy, or my mummy." joohyun gasp a little at her words. mummy?
"noona," "hm?"
"don't you think her eyes looks like the famous singer, s-"
"-suyeon!" again, joohyun can't help but to gasp at the sight of a woman dressed up with full disguise, entering the classroom. the woman totally ignored joohyun and taehyung's existence and walked straight towards suyeon. she looks rather panic.
"mummy?"
mummy? "uhm, excuse me, miss." the woman flinched when joohyun greeted her. she quickly picks suyeon up into her arms and attempted to leave the place, but joohyun was quick enough to hold her by her wrist. "i'm sorry, but who are you? are you suyeon's guardian? i've never seen you before."
"i believe you heard suyeon, right?" the woman's voice was rather harsh, surprising joohyun a little. "her father didn't let me to let anyone bring suyeon home other than him. please leave, miss."
"tch." the woman was this close to pushing joohyun by her shoulders, but taehyung was quick to hold joohyun by her waist, not letting her to fall. raging in fury (because nobody hurts his girl) he yells out the woman's name confidently, wanting to confirm his suspicion about the woman's identity.
