Out of nowhere, the suspect stopped and ran down an alley.  Nicholas was primary in the foot pursuit.  They ran for almost 5 minutes.  Nicholas got tired and ripped off his stab vest.  He wasn't thinking 100% and forgot that his radio was on his vest.  Unfortunately, the suspect noticed.

The suspect turned the corner real fast.  Nicholas turned the corner and immediately, the suspect pushed a knife through Nicholas' collarbone.  The suspect pulled it out and ran off.  Nicholas was in a back alley.  He called for help.  But it didn't do any good.  He had a deep hole through his chest.

Later on, the other officers found the suspect, didn't see Nicholas, and founf the wet and bloody knife.  They radioed and searched for Nicholas.  But they couldn't find him.  Constable Andrew announced it over the radio.  The inspector had all Met cars dispatched to the area to search for Nicholas.

They searched for him for 20 minutes until a sergeant found him dead.  Cause of death: massive amount of blood loss.  He bled out.  The suspect was smacked in the face with the book of law.
