I felt so relaxed.
Reading a book, namely "Four" (Divergent) and listening to your favorite album while sitting in a very comfy couch was very Relaxing.
Now, once you know where I am, most people would say "why are you there, just sitting around? Shouldn't you be roaming around the place?" Or maybe even say "You would most likely meet someone famous here, do you know how many people want to meet actors and actresses?"
I wouldn't blame them though, I'm at ABS CBN. It just gets kinda annoying because, people, I just want to read this book. I was supposed to finish it months ago, but school was in the way. Now that it's sem break though, I can finally finish the book.
My cousin wants to be a model or an actress, so I was dragged along. Mom and dad dropped us off and asked the guard where to go to audition, once we new the way, we said our goodbyes.
I auditioned 15 minutes ago. We were divided by age, so Keila was part of the ages 8-11 and I'm part of the ages 12 -14. Believe me when I say we were lucky we got here early, because we were. Also, the young artists were separates from the regulars, so I haven't seen anyone famous yet. To be honest, I don't even know what I'm auditioning for. No idea at all.
Suddenly, as I was reading page 126 of the book, I felt someone sit on my left side. After reading the last line of page 126, I slowly looked up, contemplating on whether I should just ignore it and continue reading or look and see who the person is.
"Ate Andy" I heard a cheery, familiar voice say.
"Hey Keila, did you get in?" I asked my 8 year old cousin without looking away from the book I was reading. Why does Tobias have to be so cute?
"The man said that we have to come back here next Friday for the result" she said, giggling.
"Mmhmm" I said as I flipped the page.
"Ate Andy I made a new friend" Keila said, making me look up.
"Yeah? Where did she go then?" I asked, cause I didn't see anyone beside her.
"She went to look for her parents"
"Oh, what's her name?" I asked
"Lynelle" Keila said with a smile on her face.
It had been a week since Jill and I auditioned. We both got in! They said we were gonna be In a magazine, so they took pictures of us. We even met this boy band, they were maybe 14, Gimme 5.
They were.. Alright I guess. Shy when we arrived, but they smiled and waved and made small talks.
----------
"Hi mom, hey dad" I greeted with a smile as I opened the car door.
"Hello" my mom answered at the same time my dad said "hi sweetie"
"How was the auditions?" My mom asked as Keila and I got in the car.
"They were alright, I guess" I answered as I pulled the car door towards me to close it.
"I was so scared!" Keila said, dragging the letter a in scared.
My dad, who was in the passengers seat, laughed
"They're gonna post a paper of who got in, next week pa po" I told them.
"Alright"
I placed the earphones in my ears and looked at the window, watching the buildings and cars pass by.
A few minutes later, I feel something on my shoulder, looking to my left slowly, I smile as I see Keila sleeping and leaning on me.
