maybe if I starved myself
kids of the world won't be hungry anymore
maybe if I cut my wrists
no innocent person will get killed
maybe if I stayed naked
people living on the streets will find a home
maybe if I stay in a abusive relationship
abused people will be set free from their abuser
and then you realise nothing will become better with putting yourself through the pain someone has been through
the disadvantaged don't want you to become like them
they want you to do something that will change how they are
or change how they think
how they make decisions

because life will keep on going even when you put yourself through pain to feel the way others are feeling
people will get killed
kids will stay hungry
many will stay in abusive relationships
millions will live on the streets
hurting yourself only feels good for a little while
the self satisfaction only lasts for as long,
that's it until reality sets in
and destroys that little new found happiness
