Puking sounds can be heard as Sofia Stark and Virginia 'Pepper' Potts are outside of an airplane cubicle.
"Oh god." Came a cry from the man inside the said cubicle. Accompanied by several more cries.
"I'm serious, can you give a little space? I can't -"
The young girl gave a cry as she took down her headphones and turned to her dad.
"Oh get up!"
"Oh god, I can't go through it! I'm telling you."
Pepper Potts had enough. "We don't have time for this, we have to go!"
"Oh god you don't wanna see this. Sofie, baby I should never see you do this." Said Tony stark, as he shut down the lip of the toilet.
Stepping out of the toilet, he motioned to his daughter, "Do I look weird? "
His daughter ignored him so Pepper answered on her behalf. "You look like you look everyday. You look like you have a hangover."
"I literally just almost died there, give me some toast, give me some cracker, ginger, anything. Gimme some Advil."
At that his daughter, who was secretly listening everything under the headphones , dropped the said item on her neck and called out, " I have got Motrin"
He gave her a side eye, then turned to look at Pepper, "I'm telling you pepper, regardless of what my daughter said about me being on my 'Man cycle' , you want to give a grown man Motrin, but let me tell you I'm not on my cycle!"
"There is something seriously wrong with you Dad." Sofia chuckled as she put on her headphones again, this time actually trying to listen to some songs. Not caring about what was going on outside.
For example, her father calling out , "ABORT MISSION!" every two minutes. When he stumbled on her, she finally looked up from the thesis on thermodynamics that she was writing to see what her father was doing.
Mute to the world going around her, she saw her father fumbling around, trying to find something, giving a small cheer when he found it, which happened to be an oxygen mask, which confused his daughter.
Taking out her headphones - yet again - she calmly said to him (in contrast with his panicky one ) " Do you have any idea how difficult it was to get the DOD to approve this?"
"Send them flowers!"
Sofia rolled her eyes, "I think they are more of a wine person , but fine."
"Sofie, baby not helping here! " Pepper called out to the girl.
"We are over the drop zone!" She suddenly called out, as she put a hand on his back.
"Don't , don't say drop! What?"
Then suddenly, as if the chemistry between the two switched on, the just stared into each other's eyes. The inner fan girl of Sofia was beaming, but outside she was just smirking.
They neared the bay from where he was supposed to jump off. Then like a romantic movie, Tony turned to Pepper, and just looked in her eyes .
" I know I can be selfish sometimes."
"You always are Dad!" Sofia called out.
Tony ignored his daughter.
"And I know I don't say it enough."
Sofia could see the hope building up in Peppers eyes, but knowing her dad, she knew he was up to no good.
"But how's my hair?"
Biting down on her lip, sofia held back a laugh, as Pepper blinked, slowly understanding what was going on.
"You have said that before. "
" I know but this time im very serious, is it piece-y enough ? Does it need more products ?"
"You look okay for your age , old man!" Butted in Sofia.
"Yea, like that windblown thingie, right baby girl? And mind you I'm very handsome for my age!" Called out Tony.
"Yeah whatever."
"Okay give me a smooch for good luck, I might not make it."
Sofia laughed at her father's bluntness.
She could barely conceal her laughter when she saw Pepper kiss the mouth slit of the Iron man helmet and the desperate jealousy that her dad had when he saw that he was completrly rejected. Then she finally broke when Pepper threw the helmet out of the plane.
"Go get them boss."
"Yea old man, don't break your back!"
"You complete me!" Tony called out as he jumped out of the plane, without his helmet.
