Chapter 29

I'm so sorry about the wait I've just been extremely busy with school, again I'm sorry and enjoy the chapter.

"Wait what?" You yell as the view of the hotel you got caught in is right in front of you. "How is that possible we ran for minutes and we could've taken this way!"

Jack strugs his shoulder as he sees a faimlier person walk out making him run back to his hiding space where you guys were at.

"Who is it?" Monica asks.

"Maya." Jack says simply, Monica looks over Jacks shoulder and indeed it was while you just looked at the girl with an confused expression.

"Where was she these last few days. Think she knows?" Monica asks laughing to her self, glancing away and looks back at you.

You strug your shoulders and look at the girl again. Who is she? You kept saying to yourself.

"Is that Priah?" You hear Monica say.

You look again and there is a darker hue little younger girl standing by the girl apparently named Maya.

"Oh and Cara!" Jack says almost yelling.

"Oh" you say as you see another girl older than both of them come in view, walking towards them.

"Damm....." Jack sighs. "Should I walk up to them?"

You walk back slowly until your back hits against the wall. "Yeah I guess." You hear Monica say almost questioning herself.

"If you run off-" you say, but then get interrupted by Jack "I won't I promise" Monica laughs out loud then stops immediately.

"Sorry I just thought of something...."

Jack laughs quietly to himself as well and straightens his posture before walking toward them.

Monica breathes in and looks at him clearly watching his every move as he walks away.

"I'm scared." Monica says quietly.

"Why?"

"He's gonna tell them. I'm not ready for it."

You stay silent as you watch Jack talk to the girls in a tone that you both can not hear.

"I'm tired of running." You softly say chocking on your own tears just a little.

"Maybe he didn't tell..."

"MAYBE!" you look down, "maybe"

"Well than I guess we'll get caught." Monica slowly sits down against the wall patting the side as gesture for you to sit down next to her.

You respond quickly to this and sit down beside her.

"Monica, what does love feel like?" You suddenly ask.

Monica chuckles to herself and sighs deeply. "Well if you love someone truly, you'll always get this tingling feeling in your stomach that hurts, but at the same time you kind of love it." She smiles and then looks over at you with awe.

You think to yourself for a little until bursting out into soft laughter then ugly sobs. Monica pulls you closer to her chest and let's you cry.

"Why does it hurt so fucking much!" You cry out loud not caring if anyone hears anymore.

" ..... I don't know I'm not an expert." She says stroking your hair. "You're in love with Noah.... aren't you?"

"Yes truly!" You yell bursting into more tears. Monica smiles and continues stroking your hair.

"It hurts doesn't it?"

"So much!"

"Yeah I know how you feel."

"What happened here." You hear Jacks voice suddenly say. Monica quickly looks up at Jack and smiles.

"You didn't tell."

"Of course I didn't."

"What did they say?" You interrupt not really caring about their conversation. You wipe your tears and become more focused on what Jack's going to say.

"Oh... well their both under questioning and they'll be back here very soon." He responds with a little smile.

"Thank you for doing this Jack." Monica says still holding you against her chest.

"Yeah no problem."

(P.o.v switch/ Noah)

I sat down awkwardly next to Finn in a car that smelled like perfume and cologne mixed together. The smell made my nose tingle and I can tell Finn hated the smell as well because he was covering his nose with his shirt. The radio was playing some dumb pop from today's big hits and honestly I hated it.

"Oh my god. Can you please change the radio?!" Finn says litterly reading my thoughts.

"Sorry no can do." Nick says turning it even louder than before.

I roll my eyes and look out the window watching us pass by many houses and small buildings. What was playing right now was 'Havana' and don't get me wrong it's a good song, but not really in the mood for it. The car became slower as it turned to the hotel we were staying in and I can tell something was different about it I saw something. Like a shadow behind the building across the street from the hotel and it was itching me to go over there, but I didn't, yet.

I opened the door when the car came for a stop and got out slowly Finn got out from the other way and walked over to me knowing something was off.

"You okay?" He asks clearly concerned.

"No- I- I just—— something is over there" I say pointing to the building across from the street.

"Well-" Finn gets interrupted by a loud cough alerting us both to turn around.

"Let's go boys no waiting around." Nick says loudly.

"Alright alright you ain't got no chill anymore..." Finn says grabbing my wrists and leading me to the hotel.

"But-"

"We'll check it later, but right now we got to find Jack."

Oh right Jack totally didn't forgot about him.

"Oh yeah of course." I say quietly and follow Finn to wherever he's going.
