A Second Chance In Love

I stand still not knowing what the hell just happened. My phone rang, I tripped and was caught my a that man. Ethan yelling at him, he keep smiling then he kissed my cheeks and disappeared.

"Where did he go?" Ethan voice bring me back to reality. We are still at the restaurant.

"I-i.... H-he..,

Before I could form my sentence, Ethan grab my hand along with my stuff from the floor and bring me outside to the car. He open the passenger seat and I get in, he then enter the driver's side and drive off without a word.

The silence is unbearable and I'm getting irritating by it, I stare at Ethan but his eyes glue to the road and his face still in anger. I want to know if he knows that man, the way he cursed at him and the way the man grin evilly at Ethan. He said he'll see me soon, what the hell do he mean?

"Ethan" I softly call as the car stop in the garage.

"Yes" he answer bother turning off the car.

Before I say anything he open the door and step out. He's upset but why with me? I step from my side and slam the door shut marching in behind him. We ride the lift in silence and when we get off he head straight EJ's room.

I sit on the bed removing my stilettos when I hear the door open and Ethan enter.

"Did you know that guy back at the restaurant?" I bluntly ask getting straight to the point.

"Did you enjoy being in his arms?" He snap at me ignoring my question.

"W-what? I almost fell Ethan and he caught me" I explain irritated by his behavior.

"So why didn't you bother to get away from him huh? I can't believe you let that son of a bitch touch you.... He even f**king kissed you and you just stand there" he yelled at me.

"On my cheeks Ethan and I didn't knew he would do that"

"I don't care.... That bastard is Stone and you let him touch you" he gruff

"Wait? What? That man was Stone?" I ask shock

Oh my God! I was that close to him, he spitefully kissed my cheeks to pissed Ethan off. The way he stared at the tattoo on my breast and that smile tells he definitely know Ethan is alive and he's coming after us soon. That's what he meant when he said we'll meet again.

"E-ethan I didn't know it was him---

"You should have been more careful than that Brook, he could have kidnapped you but you didn't have time to realize that because you were so comfortable in his arms" he sarcastically say.

"Ethan! Stop saying that... How was I suppose to know who he was? I told you I trip and he caught me by time I could pulled away I heard you yelling from a far.. So stop being mad at me" I scowl at him.

I hate seeing him this mad and its all because of Stone again. Each time we are having a great time he always seems to come around and f**k things up. First with EJ at the amusement park and now me.... What next?

"Us being here arguing about this won't stop him from coming after us Ethan. Apparently he's watching our every move.... We need to do something fast" I say calmingly wrapping my hands around his waist.
