I run my hands over my face as I pace around in front of Jordan's desk.

It's been two days since Teagan ran through the gates and down the street and I was panicking after the first day, now I was terrified of what might have happened to her.

"Aleks, we can't do anything but wait for Seamus to track her phone." Jordan says, lifting up his eyepatch to rub his eye.

"Why the hell do you even wear that thing? You have both eyes so what's the point?" I ask him, stopping to hear his reply.

He rolls his eyes and pulls the patch back down, "it makes people think I'm a tough guy. It worked on Teagan, didn't it?"

I glare at him and begin pacing again.

"Sorry, but we can't do anything until Seamus is done."

"What are we going to tell her grandparents and her sister? 'Oh hey, I'm a member of The Creatures. You know, the gang your son was a part of? Well your granddaughter ran off on Friday and possibly got kidnapped'? Yeah I'm real sure they'd react well to that." I sarcastically say, rolling my eyes,

Noticing James watching me with an amused expression on his face I stop my continuous walk back and forth to say, "don't look at me like that."

He puts his arms in the air but keeps his amused smirk.

"Why are you making such a big fuss over this? Does 'wittle Aleks have a crush?" He sings the last part and grins at me when I blush and look at the floor.

"N-no," I mumble and listen James' loud laugh ring through the room.

"You do, don't you?" He asks with a serious face.

Jordan tells James to shut up and motions for me to sit down.

"Aleks, listen to me and don't get sarcastic again. You know how easy it is for Seamus to track people, he did it to find out who she was in about ten minutes. You're sure she didn't leave her phone here?" He queries.

I nod, "I looked in her room and didn't see it."

In the background I hear James mutter, "man, that's creepy." Which makes me blush and makes Jordan sigh.

"James, please."

He apologizes and tells me to move over so he can sit beside me.

"As for informing Teagan's grandparents, we'll wait until we know where she is first. Then we'll tell them."

Biting my lip, I ask the question I knew was on all our minds.

"What if she was taken by them"

Jordan looks me straight in the eyes and says,

"Then we'll most likely have to fight to get her back."

oooo Aleks has a crushhh. Haha anyways, there might be another chapter going up tonight because I start school on Monday so I'm trying to update as much as I can this week since the schedules will be a bit screwed up once I start bc of this stupid thing called Homework but we'll see how that works out :)
