Jin hated confrontation, but what he hated more than confrontation was that awkward period afterwards; when he had to interact with the person in question.

It was a brilliant idea, truly it was, only a person like Namjoon would have thought of that. He was a genius, truly, but just like other geniuses across time, Namjoon had forgotten about human emotion. And how awkward things felt now.

Because of their busy schedules they hadn't gone to a proper date, but they had hung out in all of their free time. Normally Jin would have liked that, to be sought out by the taller boy, but now it sort of felt forced. He knew that Namjoon was doing this out of his own volition, but still, he couldn't help feeling this way. He signed deeply, and leaned his head against the palm of his hand, waiting for the make up to be removed from his face.

He dreaded the next event in his schedule, dance practice with Jimin and Namjoon. Jimin had always helped them with their choreography, taking special care of Jin and his lack of dancing skills. He had always been patient and loving. He knew that was the reason Namjoon had fallen for Jimin, heck, a lot of people seemed to notice the young boy. Even their group of seven people two were madly in love with him. It was a wonder why Jungkook didn't harbor any feelings for him, with all the affection Jimin showered him with.

He changed into comfortable clothes, might as well get this next four hours over with. The fans and antis could be equally cruel when they judged him on the dance stage. And the signing stage, and now with Taehyung coming into his own, judging his visuals.

Fuck! He hadn't known this would mess him up this much.

He hated himself for harboring negative feelings towards someone like Jimin who always took care of them. He made sure they had food, or extra blankets when their radiator had broken their first winter together. It had been Jimin who often said he was beautiful and he had a wonderful voice. It was Jimin who praised his dancing, and often said that Jin danced with an innocent grace that he envied. By now, Jin knew Jimin well enough to know that he sucked at lying; and when he praised him, it was always honest.

"Hey," Namjoon said stealing him from his inner thoughts.

Jin smiled at him, his mood lifting and at the same time crashing. How could it be two at once, well it was beyond him.

"Are you almost ready to go?" He asked a beautiful smile plastered on his face.

"I'm set." Jin nodded cringing a little as he remembered when Namjoon had asked if he could pick him up from the photoshoot.

It had been awkward, but yet again, Namjoon was awkward. Maybe that was the reason why he liked him. He was dorky and sexy and tall, and smart. Oh, he had it bad.

"What's that you're holding?" Jin asked at the two drinks Namjoon held on his either hands.

"One of them is for you," Namjoon handed him one, "the other one is for me."

Jin took it, the plastic bottle was cold to the touch and he sucked on the straw tasting it. He could taste blackberries and coconut and chia seeds, it was tasty.

"Do you like it?" Namjoon asked looking pleased with himself as he searched his face.

"Is this a protein fruit shake?" Jin asked wondering where Namjoon had found the shake with his busy schedule.

"Yeah," Namjoon said, "I did it myself. So I'm glad you like it."

Jin raised his eyebrows, he often did that when he didn't know how to react. He liked the feeling and the gesture, but he didn't know if it was okay for him to feel this happy about it. It was only a shake.
