TH : Yes. I am absolutely fine. The doctor says, I got lucky, his hits were not strong enough to cause much harm.
JAE RA : That's a relief. Aren't you hurting though? It did look painful.
TH : Well, he added, I will have swollen muscles for a few days. But, I am fine otherwise. What about you two?
SEO IN : We are also fine. Nothing to be concerned.
Jae Ra felt the need to give them a brief introduction, just so they can be less awkward.
JAE RA : This is my cousin, Kim Sung Yeol. And his wife, Jeon Seo In.
Because of the abdominal pain, Taehyung kept his bows very subtle as he greeted them.
JAE RA : And you two obviously acknowledge who he is. Additionally, I was the tour guide of his family in New York.
SUNG YEOL : The greetings are quite late. Anyways, annyeonghaseyo.
Sung Yeol returned the gesture alongwith Seo In, who couldn't make a bend either.
SEO IN : Life is really weird sometimes. Never imagined we would meet a celebrity this way.
TH : Ah, I am not that great. It's all the people who love us that make us appear special, but we are just normal human beings too.
Jae Ra quietly smiled to his humble words.
SEO IN : Waa, you really are so down to earth everytime.
Weirdly enough, even in that situation, Sung Yeol seemed a little on burns to watch them have a smooth conversation.
SUNG YEOL : Let's go, Kim Taehyung-ssi. We will drop you home.
TH : Oh, thank you for the gesture. I had sent a call to my home from the reception earlier. My car will be right outside.
Seconds apart, something lit Taehyung's mind and he spoke again.
TH : In fact, I offer to drop you three home. I couldn't thank you properly the last time. Especially, Jae Ra-ssi. I don't know the words to thank you for today. If not for you, I don't know if Jae Hyung could've smiled like that earlier. I could feel your influence behind his fearless demeanor.
JAE RA : Oh, no. I didn't do anything to deserve that much gratification. It was all Jae Hyung's valour. You should be proud of him and your upbringing. He is a bright child. Ah, and also...
Jae Ra shed light on the Santa Claus' present that Jae hyung must receive, as a reward for the successful mission. She hesitantly slipped in an apology, causing Taehyung to grin for a moment.
JAE RA : I couldn't think of anything better, I am sorry.
TH : That's the least I can do. You really won him over. Thank you, Jae Ra-ssi. I am really indebt to you. But, it's too late tonight, everyone must be tired. So, I will escort you three home for now. Let's go.
He was already on move taking as an obvious note, he would not be turned down. But, Sung Yeol was still uncomfortable.
SUNG YEOL : Tae-Taehyung-ssi, it's really all right. We appreciate your offer, too. But, we actually singled out on having dinner before we head home. So, you can leave first.
Was it a male to male instinct, Taehyung caught on the unease and showed no further protest.
TH : Ah, is that so? Then, eat well. I will leave now. Thank you, again.
