Oikawa grabbed Mei's hand and they left the studio and went outside. They were callused and rough, probably from volleyball practice. They felf like as if he worked twice as hard while training.

WHACK.

A snowball exploded in Oikawa's face. He staggered back out of surprise. "Who threw that?" He growled.

"You idiot! I hate you!" A voice cried out. It was girl with chocolate skin, raven-haired hair and dark brown eyes. She was wearing a blue and white basketball jersey and shorts - meaning she went to Aobajohsai High, the same school as Mei and Oikawa. She looks familiar. I wonder where I've seen her before. Mei thought to herself.

Tears came forth from the girl's eyes, spilling on her face. She was trembling. The muscles from her chin were moving. "I hate you so much Oikawa!" She screamed again.

"Hey Naomi-san. What are you doing here?" Oikawa asked. He rubbed his head sheepishly and giggled nervously.

Naomi charged up to Oikawa and smacked him across the face. It was loud and hard. He stood there frozen. "You broke up with me..for her?" She snarled. Naomi glared at Mei.

Mei rolled her eyes. "Yeah so? He's allowed to dare whoever he wants," Mei shrugged her shoulders.

Naomi's face flushed red. "I hate stupid girls like you. The only thing you seem to know is applying makeup and dressing up like a whore," She hissed.

"Im a whore for dressing up for myself? You're just jealous," Mei retorted. She grabbed Oikawa's hand. "We'll be leaving now. Good bye," She snapped one last time, turning to leave.

"I didn't expect you to do that," Oikawa said as they walked away from Naomi, who was already sobbing again.

"I felt bad until she called me a whore," she snapped, "Who cares about her? Let's get going." Mei said.

The school hallway was different today. The usual silence was replaced with the roar of students. The halls were crowded with people, and the chaos was so perfect, like a cliche high school movie. There was the couple that was always making out on the left side of the hall, and about ten feet farther down, the cliquey girls. Opposite them, the cliquey jocks, and between them, the parade of band geeks with their huge instrument cases. There were the aerospace tech kids who never did anything but make paper airplanes and the fashion kids that wheeled mannequins and clothing racks down the halls.

"I wonder what's going on today. It's exam season too," Mei muttered to herself as she looked around while walking down the hallway.

"We have a game against Karasuno on Monday. It's a pretty important game so everyone's excited," Oikawa explained, "I'm definitely beating that idiot Kageyama!" He declared.

"Is that Mei and Oikawa?" A voice said.

All eyes turned to the Mei's cheeks turned red. People were now gathering and started to stare at Oikawa and Mei. There were whispers. She caught a few of them. "Didn't he just break up with Naomi? He's such a fuckboy." "Mei could do way better."

A girl emerged from the crowd. They walked up to Mei with smiles on their faces. A magazine was clasped firmly in her hands as she rocked her feet back and forth. "I really love your work Fukuhara-san. I was..I was wondering if you sign this for me please!" She blurted out.
