Chapter 10 Do I know you?

It had been a week since his and Phana's little truce. It had been relatively fine. Wayo didn't have to sneak around his dorm building anymore but then he had unintentionally found out Phana might have a girlfriend who just had to be live right across the hall from him so he'd be tortured by seeing the two together. A clingy little bitch who after the first time he saw her with Phana seemed to almost always be with him. He wanted to be angry that she was incredibly beautiful as well but he knows that was probably why Phana would stand someone as clingy as she was.
It was fine though. Wayo had spent years fawning over Phana and knew whatever they had probably wouldn't last. It couldn't.

But today had been a turn for what seemed like the better. Wayo after accidentally falling asleep at some girls place after a bit of toss and turn underneath the sheets had barely gotten time to rush back to his place barely having much time to get ready for school. Yes he was a bad boy to everyone else but he still cared about his education. And by some luck Phana's bitch wasn't with him and the senior probably attempting to be nice offered Wayo a ride to campus which was honestly really helpful.
A boring day of classes later and lunch came. Much like the first time Wayo alone went to get himself a drink,while Ming was already off to dance practice for the presentation the Sun's and Moon's would be giving. But this time the lines were long and the wait feeling like an eternity. But eventually the male gets his drink but as he's about to pay a painfully familiar hand is stopping him.

"Let me."
Phana says and Wayo curses his pale skin because he's sure his face burned crimson as he felt the senior brush past him. The brief moment of contact enough to make his heart sing. He had found out about Phana treating his juniors but he deluded himself enough to believe he was special. But not before being a mess of a person at first.

"Thank you."
He mumbles out shyly before occupying himself with sipping on his drink to hide the ridiculous love struck grin that he knew would break across his face if he didn't.

"You should be at practice,Ai'Yo.Or are you too high and mighty for it?"
Phana asks,a light tease in his words which a Wayo almost took seriously if not for the smirk that the senior had on.

"I was just going. Yeash P' "
Wayo said rolling his eyes playfully at the male. He couldn't help but feel a swell of pride that he was one of the few people who could speak to Phana so freely. This would have probably been a dream come true for him a couple years back.

"Then I'll see you there."
Phana said as Wayo began walking away. And Wayo would like to blame it on his stupid over hopeful brain but he could swear the senior winked at him.
Imagined or not it was enough to leave a stupid grin threatening to grace his features but he didn't want to look like some smiling idiot.

But he couldn't help but have his head in the clouds and inevitably bumped into someone. Miraculously and quite luckily his drink didn't spill all over him and the whoever it was.

"I'm sorry. I didn't look where I was going."
The person who was about Wayo's height apologized about to walk off but then stopped in his tracks to take a good look at Wayo who also could recall knowing the face that was in front of him.

"P'Kit?"
Wayo said out loud quite surprised to see his old senior but then again he guessed the male much like himself and Ming had followed his friend to the same University. The senior had changed and was no longer the slightly chubby boy that was always with Phana. He's clearly been working out.

"Wayo right?"
Kit asked not too sure. He looked at the younger in clear disbelief as the male had changed quite drastically. No longer a awkward little nerd with huge glasses,braces and looking like a model student but a cool looking guy with crazy pink hair,piercings and he wouldn't be surprised if he was hiding tattoos under his clearly not school appropriate dressing.

"Yeah. I didn't know you go here."
Wayo said genuinely surprised to see him as the few times he'd seen Phana the male and their third friend wasn't with him.

"Yeah. You've changed a lot. I almost didn't recognize you."
There was a slight change in his voice that made Wayo realize he was probably remembering some ugly memories.

"Yes. I did. And so did you. I guess we can't call you KitKat anymore."
Wayo teased lightly trying to lighten the mood slightly and it worked the older flashing a small smile,showing off his dimples. But it was gone just as quickly.

"Have you run into Phana?"
The older asked sounding a bit nervous at his question since he wasn't sure if Wayo held much of a grudge or not.
The question had Wayo instinctively tighten his grip on the plastic cup still nestled in his hand as he tried to keep his expressions in check.

"Yes actually."

"Oh. You guys okay?"
Kit looked to the male quite expectantly.

"About that. He doesn't recognize me. And I was wondering if you wouldn't tell him who I was."
Wayo asked nervously but easily keeping up a cool facade.

"We already had a bit of a disagreement before.."

"Wait a second."
Kit interrupted the male as a realization hit him.

"You're that new bad boy. The rich brat."

Wayo guessed the older picked that up from Phana.

"Haha. Yeah. So could you just do that for me?"

"Yeah. No problem Ai'Wayo. See you around then."
Kit said just patting the junior by the shoulder before rushing off clearly he had somewhere else to be before he saw Wayo.

Wayo let out a sigh of relief as the older left. He could only hope his secret would remain a secret and Kit would be trustworthy enough not to spill.
