Part 1- Love? Is that an acronym for something?

I giggled to the thought of how my job never became old to me. Tidy up some space goop here, blow up some planets there, it was all I could ever ask for. The last few hundred years or so was different though, something was off, all of the connections of the universes seemed to be weaker than before. I just shrugged it off as the old age of the entity. But at this unfortunate time, the connection me changed colour from white to red, then just simply broke.

I freeze in disbelief. What just happened? I've been tending to these connections for longer than the first tree and they just decide to break? I decide to go pay a visit to the entity to ask what's happening and transport myself there. But on the way I feel the strong pain that could only indicate one thing. The light was out......immediately stopping I began to contemplate the repercussions of this. Time will all life die, forcing me to restart the project originally created by me, a dragon, and the dead creator of all?

The horn blows across the blackness of space, signalling me to travel to Valhalla, where a warrior named Odin could usually be found. I turned around and began traveling to his location and once I arrived I looked down upon the all knowing father as he was distraught.

"GREAT DRAGON OF THE COSMOS! THE LIGHT IS OUT, WHAT IS THE PATH TO BE FOLLOWED?" I gaze at him and motion towards the stars. They start to form into the face of one of the entities many sons, Michael. Odin is stunned for a few moments before he his face becomes stern once more and he nods before turning away and walking away. Closing my eyes, I begin to sense for Michaels presence and find it in the home of God. Traveling to his location u begin to think of if the entity is will be okay with its god dead? I'm sure another will take this God's place if he is truly dead.

I appear outside of the my destination and let out a mighty roar, summoning everyone outside. Many different beings come out to gaze at me, but the only one I care to find is no where to be found. After waiting for moment, Michael, son of the God, walks out with tears in his eyes. I gaze down at him for a moment, the crowd parting leaving Michael alone. Letting out a mighty roar, I bestow the power and responsibilities of the entity into Michael.

Michaels eyes shoot up toward me "You, I remember you. Father told me about you." I nod and speak in his mind "And now you must continue his legacy and dream young Michael" he begins to panic after I tell him this, "Look around me, how can I even begin to continue anything besides this war?" I look upward and let out another mighty roar throughout the cosmos which was imbued with magic to dishearten most from continuing the battle. Then I look down at him and explain, "The war is now over boy."

Timeskip a few hundred years

     I was sitting atop the great peak of the cosmos when a figure took a seat beside me. I looked at to my surprise it was Andromeda. I chuckle a bit and turn back to the vastness of space, "And what do I owe the honour.." It glances toward me and frowns "Don't be a smartass (D/N)." She shoots back" I just came to ask if you still have yet to find a new hobby." I sigh to myself and nod "Ever since the incident with your brother and the connections of the universes I just have no idea what to do." She giggles and begins to straddle me, "Well you could always come work with little old me," She leans in close, "Maybe we might even have a bit of fun~" she leans in more, and opens her mouth to nibble on my ear when I push her away and huff, "I hope you remember I'm your father right...."

"Well if you wanna get technical about it I guess," She whines out while smiling, "But in all seriousness (D/N) the entity has an idea for you." My ears perk up as I feel a jolt of excitement in my body, I haven't talked to the entity in some time so I were looking forward to it. Sitting up I thank Andromeda and open your portal to travel to the centre of the multiverse. "You're still not going to teach us how to create those black holes of yours that you use to get around?" She exclaims from behind me. Laughing I shake my head and walk through it, only to her someone mutter the word 'jackass' behind me.

After a few moments of traveling, I come to a stop at the familiar home of the entity. I go through the grand doors to see that it's atop its usual small mountain peek. Speaking in the tongue of time, I open our conversation by asking what it's idea was. It begins to explain that Ophis is seeking a mate. My eyes shoot open and I burst out laughing, tears in my eyes. Ophis??? What need would I of that girl, all she does is cry about how she lost her favourite hang out spot to the mindless great red. I feel a sharp pain in my side and let out a yelp. "OUCH, YOU KNOW IF YOU KILL ME YOU'RE JUST KILLING TIME!" I feel another pinch and laugh and apologize. He explains that I am the one she seeks for a mate. I was unaware my existence was basic knowledge to any dragon that came around and asked, but the entity corrects me by telling me it isn't, but she was told of me by the entity.

He starts to go on that ever since the connections broke It's noticed that my days have been long and meaningless, and since there's no point in even remaking them since the entity has found the ability to project his power of life through the cosmos. Without the help of connections I truly need to find a new meaning besides just holding up time and ensuring that it goes forward. So it believed that I should try and see if love is for me. It even remarks about how it found its own mate. It explains to me that love can come in any way, no matter what or who you are. Taking me outside it directs me to a star, showing me it's mate. The first star to be exact.

It told me the tale of how because of the two of them, all stars were created. I yawned as I was there when it happened, but I did understand what he was speaking of. To attempt and translate what the entity said after that, it was something close to 'Love is all around us my blue eyed, white scaled friend.'

I shook my head and scolded it for paying attention to earth to much as it was always its favourite planet. "And by the way," I asked, speaking in the tongue of modern times, "What is this 'love' thing you talk about? It it an acronym for something?" The entity breaks out to what could only be called a chuckle, but as it did that, I felt immense pain throughout my body, "STOP, OR YOU WILL KILL EVERYONE YOU OLD FOOL!" I exclaim. It begins to calm down and the pain subsides. The entity is never careful with his power but back to the matter at hand. I look at the entity and it's being of nothingness gazes at me. The silent agreement is made that I will seek out Ophis and see if she is truly worthy. But the words of the entity are being shouted throughout my mind saying that no matter the person or being, love is love.
