Everyday I'm on the net
Seeing and hearing things, you bet
All the time
And we used it
We used it to survive
But now we use it
To divide
So doesn't that make you want to hide
But there's nowhere too hide
When your neighbors say good bye
How can we get past this
When it was built into us
Part of our system
Like the universe
Ain't it hard
Ain't it sad
Too bad
Too late
Now get out there
And say goodbye as Innocence and Childhood die.
Well it's a little sad
Don't you think
When it was never ours in the first place
Land we stole from its people
I'm sorry
They are cruel ignorant fools who want nothing more than money
It's bad
I'm mad
But what can we do
They have more control than we do
Until then
Let us confide
And let time raise us high
As we wait for them to say
"Goodbye"
