Chapter 19: the wedding

Looking at the beach I see everyone settling, Pha and Kit with Yo and Ming in the front. Mek is also here with Nate, the only members of my blood related family I invited. Nate seems to be ready to give birth anytime with her belly more imposing than ever. Friends from the hospital also came mixing with Forth relatives and friends.

I watch the sea behind the windows, a sense of calm in me. It is known, however, that people are stressed or over-excited on their wedding day. Nonetheless, I feel only an intense inner peace.

I won't say that those last months were only love and smile. They're had been a few fights, each time a sexy time following and a talk. Yes, I succeed to talk to him, me the one who keep everything bottled. He managed to make me trust him and make me believe in things I didn't dare to believe before. Having someone just for me and that will have me just for him.

I'm happy. First this feeling frightened me. That much of happiness can't last right? Then I realized that it's us who make it last and I must say that Forth is quite good in it. For the first time I allow myself to think my life is perfect.

Not because they can't be improvement. Not because it's always calm, on the contrary. It's simply due to the fact that I am with the right person for me at the right time of my life. I feel grateful that we found each other.

He showed me his feelings not just with words but also with actions, not hesitating to change is lifestyle for me. He never let me go and even accomplished the feat of leaving Pha and Kit speechless, something extremely difficult to do.

A pair of strong arm grab my waist from behind.

- Ready love? He whispers in my ear before kissing my nape.

- Yes. And you? Your phone call wasn't an emergency I hope.

- Even if it was, there's no way I would give you a chance to run away.

He brings me closer to his chest, I lie my head on his shoulder.

- Plus don't worry, Sharp is more than capable to deal with pretty much everything.

- The poor boy is always going everywhere.

- Someone has to go on business trip love. Sharp is happy to have a chance to prove himself.

Yeah since he trained his newly recruited assistant to replace him, I never had to sleep alone on our bed. I never thought he would be so open minded about working less. He never ceases to surprise me. 

It made me question my work hours too, I had to take action to get a new position dedicated to night work in the emergency department.

Like that the trial period went on so fast. He became in a short time a fiance, a friend, a lover ... I want to go on this journey with him and I trust us.

- Shall we go do the last step of our wedding plan? I ask grinning.

So much plans and twists. I guess we can't just do it like everyone else.

- I'm glad my plan succeeded, he says nibbling my ear.

- Am I just a plan? I tease him.

He turns my head, his serious gaze falling on me.

- You know you're much more than that love, you're my everything.

He smiles tenderly before leaving a peck on my mouth. He then goes down again, this time to give me a proper kiss. I respond immediately, fusing our bodies and letting his tongue slide in my mouth. He passionately plays with my tongue in a really sensual dance. I close my eyes, and feel my body magnetized by his.

We're cut by a loud "hum hum" coming from the door.

- Oh Meth why did you stop them, they were just starting! Complains Ann.

- I never thought my sister was a voyeur, he replies.

As they start bickering, Forth and I exchange a glance. I can see his tender sid showing up as he brush my nose with his and take my hand in his.

- Too bad I have to wait to continue this... he murmurs.

I smile, putting my head in the crotch of his neck.

- Don't worry love, we have all our lives to carry on. I'm willing to dedicate all my free time to it.

His over hand run on my back.

- All your free time?

- Hum hum...

- I can't wait.

I can feel the tension coming back immediately cut by a loud voice.

- See they're going to kiss! Ann yells in an exited tone.

- Don't tell me they're back in your own world... sigh Meth is patience probably running low.

We're late but who cares? It's our day after all. We separate and exchange a look of connivance.

We head to the beach our hands still entwined, the guests standing to wait for us. We walk in the sand aisle between the rows, both in costumes barefoot, our eyes constantly back to each other.

Standing next to each other we pronounced the vows we wrote, the sea on one side and our family and friends on the others.

- I, Beam Vongviphan, take you Forth Jaturapoom as my spouse. I love you. If I were asked why I admit that I could not say why I do. For your delicious dishes? The way your eyes look at me? Your mad way of thinking? Your desire as ardent as mine? Your family as crazy as mine? The fact that you never give up? Or the fact that your multiple personality keeps me curious. All I can say is that I'm happy you're you.

- I, Forth Jaturapoom take Beam Vongviphan as my husband and my wife. I just knew it was you when I saw you. Which was never denied later. I fell for you before knowing you're identity. The more time I spent with you the more it was clear for me. It can only be you, whoever you are. You are unique, the only one to accept my madness and my crazy plans. I am happy to have had the chance to discover your picture then your person and to have convinced you to stay by my side. I love you...

Double update because this is the last chapter. There is a jump in time because I wrote all the events I wanted to write about. I'm happy to have managed to finish my first story!
