"let's play 3 minutes of honesty," said new in a sudden. his attention was still on the street but i knew he smiled. his invitation got me a bit surprised.

"no way."

hearing my rejection, he began to pout his lips just like usual; every time he couldn't get what he want.

"oh come on. are you hiding something from me?"

i choked right way and for a moment i suddenly forgot how to breath that i gasped for air. "n-nothing."

"then let's play it."

i sighed deeply. i looked at the watch that was curled up on my wrist. "okay then let's play until 6:06 pm. you can go first."

"okay," he said shortly. there was a silent moment after, new seemed to be thinking of something. "how many kids would you want to have?"

"4," i said.

"whoa that's a lot."

"my turn," i said, demanding my right to ask. "did you eat my last piece of brownies yesterday?"

he turned his face towards me in a split second. his brows furrowed as he pouted his lips again. i was so sure that he was about to protest.

"i have asked your permission and you said yes."

"aw?" i winced, trying to remember what exactly happened. "i was in the shower. how do i suppose to hear you?"

"whatever. you gotta spoil me more often, thanos." he switched mood so fast because he just laughed at his own words.

spoil him. i really would spoil him more than this, if only our relationship was more than this. i mean, all this time i absolutely didn't mind of treating him that way, but could you imagine how i would treat him like my everything when he become completely mine?

"my turn again," new muttered. "why did you lie when you said you went out with mae yui but turned out that you hung out with patt?"

i tried to recall back my memories. it was a few days ago when i went out with patt.

"i really did go with mae but then patt asked me to go out with her."

new nodded in nonchalantly. i lowkey loved it though, everytime new showed his possessive side to me like i was all his, like i was something that he needed to protect. eventhough the reality said that we were nothing.

"my turn. didn't you cry again when we watch love rosie, yesterday?"

new rolled his eyes before answering my question. "you know me too well, tay."

i couldn't help but bursted into laughter. it was so hilarious to see him being shy as a kitten like now. his cheeks blushed in pink. i knew it right that he was a little too sensitive when it came to a sad plot in a romantic movie.

but his words later were able to snap my laughter automatically.

"my turn now and do you love someone at the moment? if yes, who is it?"

i swear i really wanted to scream in front of his face and say "IT'S YOU, CHUBBY BOY."

but no, i was still a coward to shout out the truth. so i chose to tell lies again.

"no one," i snapped.

"is it true?"

apparently he still didn't believe me. i shook my head confidently. "of course. how about you? do you love someone? and who?"

"i do. ​​and it's a friend of mine."

once again i felt my blood rushed ten times faster than it should. my cheeks started to heat up. no, that person couldn't be me. new had so many close friends and it was too unreal for him to feel the same way as i did.

"who is it? do i know the person?" i asked gently, not wanting him to get suspicious. there was a pause for a moment and it only got me even more curious now.

"ah sorry tay, it's 6:06 pm already."

i sighed deeply in annoyance. i immediately checked the watch on my wrist. and damn, he was right. good, i just a miss a chance to find out who he loved. what a really great timing.

my brain kept thinking who was the person who made it possible to become the one new meant. but i couldn't find any. i knew he was so picky when it came about a lover.

"tay, are you hungry? i have some snacks at the backseat." his words scattered my thoughts.

"that's okay," i said. "so where are we going next?"

"stop asking alreadyyy. i told you i don't know. we'll find out sooner or later."

i snorted in annoyance. "in the last seven years since i know you, today is the day you act weird to the fullest."

he chuckled. i was enjoying seeing him being cute but then he let out a very loud burp. oh that bad habit again!

"ai'hinnn! it's disgusting." i dodged him by the shoulder sbd he just smiled innocently.

but still though, no matter how weird he was, my feelings for him wouldn't subside for the very least.
