"seriously 2 hours of driving for only a dessert? again?"

i snorted in disbelief. after being stuck in traffic for quite a long time, we ended up by parking the car in the yard of a bua-loi shop.

but what matter the most was the fact that he had too much sweet foods recently. and it was quiet concerning. he shoud had known that too much sugar calories was obviously unhealthy for him. there were also been some research that had shown that added sugars increase the risk of high blood pressure. it got me worried about his eating habit.

new immediately shook his head. "i told you i'm still thinking for our destination. but i'm just hungry, you know."

okay, the reason he said was actually the thing i heard frequently a lot when we're going out.

after he parked the car, we quickly got out of the car and went inside. we looked out the shop for a seat for the two of us. the shop was quite crowded, considering it was saturday and rush hour.

shortly afterwards, a waiter came to write down our order. new order two portion of bingsu for him only. what a weird, he dropped us by a bua-loi shop but he ordered bingsu instead.

"what about you tay?"

i paused for awhile to think. "i— "

"a taro bua-loi drink please," he said to the waiter.

i tilted my head. "how do you know i was about to order that?" i asked new soon as the waiter left.

"of course i do, you are an authentic thai foods lover which is bua-loi and you like taro," he smiled at me. "i know you, tay."

i just nodded nonchalantly as i was scratching my neck that wasn't actually itchy. he apparently remembered my favorite thai dessert. honestly, it could be said that i actually preferred authentic salty thai foods like chicken or pork and avoided sweet foods. but as the time goes by, he breaking down my walls; i started to like dessert because of him.

as soon as the waiter came up with our foods, new occasionally  clap his hands in excitement to see his favorite bingsu deserved in front of him. it didn't take a long time for him to start eat them all.

how adorable.

i knew this wasn't the first time i saw him being like this, but i still never seemed to get enough of seeing it. i needed to capture this, so i took out my phone to take a boomerang video or at least a picture of him.

the sweetness of my bua-loi seemed to be nothing compared to him because new was basically looking like a whole snacc! haha!!

okay i admited i just sounded like a creepy pervert.

"tay tay open your mouth!"

before i even realized, he was holding a spoonful of his bingsu towards me and waiting. i right away opened my mouth and devoured the bingsu.

today new acted a bit different. he was so much sweeter to me than he usually was. and it was so different from his usual stubbornness with bluntly sayings. not that i was complaining though, but it was just strange. a strange in a good way that i lowkey loved.

"i could choke to death, you know." i pretended to look annoyed, eventhough i secretly liked his sudden action.

that cute smile was still on his face. if he kept on being like this, i swear for whatever reason, i wouldn't be able to stop myself from hugging him in public. plus, his smile was so contagious to me.

"no you wouldn't. i wouldn't let that happen to you. never," he turned at me and handed me another spoonful of his bingsu. "i still need you."

my smile was getting even wider. it was a simple yet sweetest words ever come out from a mouth of a blunt person like him.

by then his eyes squinted that i could barely see his pupils. those cute wrinkles appeared around on his eyes only making him look a whole lot irresistible. in conclusion, he looked like an extra big kitten.

my kitten, if i could say?

"you know what tay," he paused his words for a moment. i was waiting for him to continue it as i started to sip my taro bua-loi drink that i hadn't even touched.

"hm?"

"i usually wouldn't share my foods with anybody. but it's like i want you to get involved and have a part in every moment of my life. even to the tiniest part."

three sentences. three sentences only and it already had successfully made me choke on my bua-loi and my heart skip a beat.
