Chapter 7

"Star, you get the Minotaur! Alpha, you go after the hellhounds." I yell. "Destroyer, Crash, Masquerade, you three attack the hydra. I'll go for the giants." I turn and pull out my weapons. This will be fun.

I run sideways, avoiding the hellhounds. Then I use one of their heads to get enough lift to impale the giants' skulls with the Morning Star and the Evening's End. I turn back. Star has defeated o'l Ground Beef. The hydra has been defeated, same with the hellhounds. "Good job, team. Only 30 seconds this time. Let's try to get better, though." I tell them. "Daughter" Chaos mind messages me "gather your army. You have another mission. "

"You five, we have a new mission. Put away your toys and report to the conference room. Chaos will brief us." I tell them. " Alpha, you get Pirate's team as well. "

Alpha POV

I walk over to Pirate, cursing under my breath. I have a frickin' rivalry with him, why should I get him.

"Hey, Pirate. Get your band of misfits and come over to the conference room." I tell him.

I see him come out of his team's building. He is followed by Eskimo, Doctor, Blaze, Shaker, and Meteor.

3rd Person POV

Phoenix watches as Alpha and the Beta team walk into the room. "So, Mom, what are we doing? Is 14B in a war with 9D again?"

" No. Planet 2F is having another battle. " Chaos says. "Earth. Most of your final resting places."

Phoenix gets upset, and an earthquake starts. It stops, and Phoenix collapses. "Fine." She says before passing out.

Destroyer POV

I feel bad for Pheonix. She has to go back to the place that drove her out. She is cute and  . . . no I can't think this way. Dam you Aphrodite!

"Destroyer, I want you to take care of him until he feels better." Chaos says. I nod, carry Phoenix out of the conference room, and into my room. I lay her on my bed, go to my shelf, get my medical supplies, and treat her injuries from the training earlier. Then I sit next to her waiting for her to wake up. I should probably explain the 'her' thing. Even though she was originally a guy, that reminds her to much about her betrayal,so she wants us to refer to her as a girl.

A few minutes later, I hear a voice. "Where am I?" Phoenix asks. "It's okay, Phoenix, it's me, Destroyer. You got really upset and started an earthquake." I tell her. She stands up. " So, we are going to earth? Okay then, meet you at mission control, Destroyer." She runs out the door in record speeds. I feel someone two my shoulder. I turn around see Masquerade. "You like her, don't you?" she asks. I must have blushed, because she laughed. "I knew it!" she yells. Then she runs away from me.
