I slowly opened my eyes and adjusted to the bright light. I rolled out of bed and looked at my surroundings. There was a dresser backed into the corner of the wall. I opened the drawers to find clothing in my sizes. I chose a black sports bra, a cami, a loose black tank top, and a pair of dark washed denim jeans. I pulled on a light pair of combat boots and laced them up. Slowly, I walked out of the tent looking around. There were a few lost boys here and there.

"I see you found your wardrobe." A voice whispered in my ear. I nodded, not saying a word. I walked over to the boy I had seen the other night.

"Hi, I'm Caitie." I said. He looked up at me.

"I'm Henry." He told me quietly.

"Why are you here?" I asked curiously.

"Because you guys are keeping me here." He stared straight ahead.

"I'm not. They're keeping me here too. Pan won't tell me why I'm here but he's constantly hitting on me and it's absolutely disgusting. He's such an ass." I ranted.

"First, you know you love it. Second, I told you not to talk to me like that!" Pan yelled from behind me. Shit. He's going to kill me. Literally.

"I'm sorry. I didn't mean it." I begged.

"Henry, do you mind if I borrow her?" He said, pulling me up by my arm.

"Actually, yeah! I do mind. You're keeping her against her will, forcing yourself on her. You need to let her go! She's my only friend here, and I don't want you hurting her." Henry shouted.

"Henry. It's fine. He needs me for something. He can't hurt me. I promise." I said. He just nodded. Pan roughly tugged on my arm, dragging me into the woods. After about 20 minutes, he stopped. He turned to face me and I could see how angry he was at me. He started stepping towards me, trying to close the small distance between us. I stepped back as far as I could, every time he stepped. Eventually, I hit a tree. He kept walking until his chest was holding me to the tree. I just looked down, scared. He put his index finger under my chin and lifted my head to face him.

"It's not that I can't hurt you. I could but I honestly don't want to. I don't want you to cower at the sight of me. I want you to trust me. But you keep disrespecting me, and it makes me so angry." He said calmly, tucking a piece of hair behind my ear. I nodded.

"I wish I could trust you." I whispered.

"I know I scare you but why can't you trust me?" He questioned. "I want you to trust me. I want you to come to me when you need me. I don't want you to hate me. I-I want you to l-love me." Pan stuttered.

"Peter, I-" I stumbled. He smiled.

"You called me Peter." He hugged me tightly. This moment was perfect. I pulled away, realizing it was getting really dark out.

"We should get back to camp and go to sleep." I said. We started walking back, his arm around me. Once we were nearby, he stopped and looked at me.

"You need to act scared, like I punished you. They can't think I'm going soft." He said.

"But I like this side of you!" I whined.

"I know." He chuckled. I gave him a puppy dog look. "When we get to the tent, you can have this side of me again." He reasoned.

"Fine." I huffed. He snaked his arm around my waist and started walking. "Wait!" I stopped. He faced me.

"What?" He asked. I kissed him. Out of nowhere. I pressed my lips against his, and before he had to time to kiss back, I pulled away.

"Okay let's go." I said. When we got back, Felix ran up to us.

"We need to talk." He told Pan.

"Caitie, go to the tent." Pan said sharply. I nodded.

"Bye... Ugly. I mean, Felix." He glared and then laughed.

"Bye Princess." He responded. Pan wasn't too happy.

"Go!" He yelled. I ran to the tent. I waited about 5 minutes and then we walked in. I stood up and hugged him but he pushed me away.

"We're in the tent now..." I told him.

"I can see that. I'm not blind." He said.

"You said I'd get nice Peter back." I said.

"Yeah, well I guess I lied." He said.

"What did I do?" I asked.

"You gave Felix a cute little nickname!" He shouted.

"Peter, it was supposed to be offensive." I explained.

"You can go sleep somewhere else." He whispered. In shock, I exited his tent.

"Felix! Can I sleep in your tent with you?" I asked.

Pan yelled from his tent, "ANYWHERE BUT THERE!" I groaned.

"WHY DO YOU CARE? YOU DON'T CARE ABOUT ME ANYMORE!" I yelled back.

"YOU'RE STILL MINE!" Ugh. I decided to curl up on one of the logs they used as a bench. I laid there for hours before I heard a tent unzip. I sat up and turned to see Peter walking towards me. He bent down so he was at eye-level with me.

"Do you want nice Peter?" He asked me. I nodded.

"Yeah, I do." I told him. He kissed me. Gently. I pulled back and stood up. As I was walking to the tent, he picked me up and carried me bridal style. I laughed. He set me down on the bed and pulled the blankets over me. He climbed in and turned off the lights. He kissed me gently. "Goodnight."

"Goodnight, love. I mean princess." I laughed and cuddled up to him, instantly falling asleep.
