Sun

It was Monday again. One week. One week since I was assigned as Junhui's bodyguard. One week of endless worrying. One week, one assassination, one death. Here's to a new week.

As soon as we were let out I hurried to Junhui's classroom like always.

He was already standing outside, waiting. "Finally," he says as he sees me walking towards him. "Listen, there's a girl from my class I'm gonna go have lunch with so if you could just like sit a couple tables away or something that would be great." He starts to walk away.

"Wait," I grab his arm.

He looks down at me, "yeah?"

I shake my head. "Nothing." I didn't know why I stopped him, I didn't actually have anything to say.

"Text Jisoo hyung to eat with you," he pats my head.

I follow him out and walked across the street to the cafe we always had lunch in, the same one he told Jisoo oppa I was his girlfriend.

Junhui immediately finds the girl and sits with her.

To my surprise Jisoo oppa was there too. He was sitting in a booth against the wall, not too far from Junhui and the girl.

I took a deep breath and gathered as much courage as I could. I walked up to oppa and smiled, "hey, can I sit?"

"Sunny," he was surprised but looked happy to see me. "You didn't have to ask."

I sit across from him so I still had a view of Junhui.

"How have you been?" I ask. "You haven't texted me back..."

He looks down at his cup of coffee, "I was busy." He never used to make excuses like that. Not even when he really was busy. He still made time to text me back, or at least let me know why.

"Right." I didn't mean to sound annoyed but I was.

"Can I get you anything to eat? Drink?" He forces out a smile.

I shake my head, "I'm not hungry." I quickly steal a glance at Junhui who was now laughing with the girl.

Oppa must have noticed and turned around. "Isn't that your boyfriend?" He turns back confused.

I sighed, "no."

"Then who-"

"Can you keep a secret?" I decided I wanted to tell him. I'm positive Junhui is the reason why he stoped talking to me.

Oppa puts his palms on the table and leans his face closer, "let's hear it."

"I'm not his girlfriend. I never was. I'm actually his bodyguard," it sounded like I was whining. Maybe I am. "His mother is a famous actress back in China and she's really protective of her son." Nice cover up Sunny.

"That makes sense but aren't you a part of the Moon Mafia's?" He gestures to my leather jacket.

"What can I say, part time jobs are my thing," I tried to joke it off.

He chuckles lightly. "I'm glad you told me, I was getting jealous."

My eyes widened. I'm dumbfounded.

"I like you Choi Sun," he puts a hand on mine on top of the table. "It took a fake relationship for me to admit it, but it's true. I have from the start."

I've wanted to hear those words for the longest time but now that they have been said, I'm... confused? I liked Jisoo oppa, a lot. So why am I doubting it?
