I must be stupid to think that my heart will let you go, how could I let you go Cam? Tell me how

As I'm walking I feel something dripping on my hair, to soon realize its starting to rain, I don't mind the rain, I like it, it makes me calm

Cam's pov
Angel what did they mean by that? Why were they lying, is there something you didn't tell me? Oh angel where are you? I just need answers, I don't think I'm asking for a lot, am I?

But we both need to move on and I need to make you hate me because baby I'm not the perfect one for you

I wished I was but I guess I'll never know, and I need to break your heart one more time so that you can hate me, I love you baby girl, I really do but some things have got to change in order for both of us to move on

And I'm sorry, but this is the right thing to do, I won't be able to move on that's for sure but I need you to move on, I can't see you getting hurt even more then what's about to happen and I'll do it straight forwards, I'll just tell you I guess

I started walking to the place I knew she would be at

I walked and I walked until I arrived to see her standing, looking the other way

It took me a while to say her name but after a minute I was able to say it

"Angel?" I said.

Your pov
"Angel?" I heard someone call out from behind me and when I turned around I realized he was a few feet away from me

"Ye cam?"

He looked down at the floor before quickly looking up at me and saying "I...i...i hate you"

It started to hail but neither of us moved, we stayed in place, but my heart was getting faster and faster by the minute to just hear those words come out from his mouth

"If you're going to be like that, then I hate you too" I said as my voice started breaking, I don't know why it started breaking maybe because I was tired or hurt

"What do you hate me for?" He asked putting his arms up, "I changed my whole life for you. I'm a great guy" he said raising his tone just a bit while pointing at me

"You're not in love with me" I said as tears started spilling out of my eyes, he didn't say anything back though, "if that's what you're going to say you, you are not in love with me" I said while making eye contact

"I love you Angel" he said as he put his hands to his side and tears started forming in his eyes

"I know that you love me Cam. But, you weren't in love with me" I said as my clothes and hair was getting wet just as well as his

"What difference does that make?" he asked while taking a step forward, his voice relaxing

"All the difference in the world" I whispered before looking away

He took a step closer as I took a step back before turning and walking away.
