Love is Forever (Melcinda Love Story)

Chapter 1 + Author's note

Author's note: this is my first fan fiction and this is occurring at the beginning of Starlight

Melissa P.O.V

I came down the stairs to see Aphmau with two other girls one with orange hair and crimson eyes and another with brown blondish hair and yellow-brownish eyes.

I greet them, "Hi girls welcome to Starlight.  Aphmau who are these lovely ladies. "

"This is Lucinda *pointing to the orange haired girl* and, this is Kim *pointing to the brown blondish haired girl*." She replied.

"My name is Melissa Lycan." I look at both girls and they give me a confused look. "I'm Aaron's big sister"

Their looks quickly change from confusion to realization.

"Oh I think I remember hearing about you." The orange haired girl says.

"Yep! It's nice to know Aaron introduces me to his friends." I say ever so sarcastic.

They pick up on the joke and laugh which makes me laugh too.

Lucinda makes eye contact,"It was nice meeting you Melissa."

I look at her for an extended amount of time and feel my heart race.

"Oh no," I say quietly but Lucinda hears.

"What?" She looks at me with a curious glance.

I come up with a quick excuse,"I uh..have to feed my uh..dog gotta go."

"She has a dog on this island?" Aphmau says.

I quickly run away, "I can't have crush, I'm 30! Not to mention Lucinda is Aaron's friend, I think there's some rule that says you shouldn't date your sibling's friend."

Lucinda P.O.V

My eyes follow Melissa till she's out of sight

Her name is Melissa... wait why is my heart beating so fast now, I've only ever had this feeling with crushes. No what am I thinking... I'm straight...I think

I snap out my trance and follow Aphmau and Kim.

The next morning..

Melissa P.O.V

Once I woke up I got out my room and walked down stairs and spotted Lucinda sitting on a chair looking at some magazines. I slowly crept behind her with an evil grin,"Boo! "

She screamed and fell out of the chair onto the floor.

My ears twitched at the sound and I rushed to Lucinda's side, "I'm so sorry! Are you hurt, I didn't know you were going to fall out of your chair."

Lucinda examines herself for any bruising and attempts to get up," I'm fine but my arm and legs hurt a bit I hit them on the table but, I'm alive at least."

"So sorry about that" I repeated.

"Since your hurt I'll take you back to your room" I offered.

"It's fine you don't have to do that Melissa"

"No I insist, it's the least I could do since I scared you."

"If it's no trouble to you then okay."

I nod and pick Lucinda up in a bridal carry, I notice a small blush on her cheeks but ignore it. I take her up the stairs and I see Aaron staring at Lucinda and I.

Aaron points teasingly,"OooooOoo my big sister gotta girlfriend." I look down at Lucinda realize Aaron is right, we look like a couple. Lucinda has the realization as well and a heavy blush is plastered across both our faces.

Well shit

I give him a death glare,"Aaron shuddup,"

I carry Lucinda to her room and plop her on her be while I run out of the room and attack Aaron *insert cat fight noises*. I come back into Lucinda's room and talk to her like nothing happened, "Okay now that I'm done with that I'm gonna make some breakfast for everyone, you stay here and I'll bring your breakfast here."

"You don't have to."

"But I want to." I walk out the door and to the kitchen.
