Chapter Ten: Arrival

~(Y/N)'s POV~
After the celebration, and Aldis going home, it was 1:30 AM. I sat on the couch tiredly as Amethyst groans while laying down, Pearl washing the dishes, Steven cleaning up the place, and Garnet sitting next to me. Suddenly, a knock came at the door. "I'll get it!" Steven said before pulling open the door. I couldn't tell who it was, until I heard his voice. "Hello, is (Y/N) Lycan, my daughter, here?" I hear Dad say. "Yea! She's right over here!" Steven said, standing inside. Aaron, Melissa, Dad, Mom, Aphmau, Katelyn, and Lucinda all walk in. Dad looks around, unimpressed. "Aaron! Melissa!" I shouted, happy to see my siblings. "(Y/N)!" They shout in happiness as I ran to them. I crash into them, tackling them in a bear hug. We laugh. But soon, Dad clears his throat, looking down at us in disappointment. We quickly get up, ashamed. "(Y/N)!" Aphmau, Lucinda, and Katelyn shouts, hugging me. We pull away. "We've missed you so much!" Katelyn said while tears of happiness start forming in her eyes. "I missed you guys to!" I said, tears starting to form. I hear Dad clears his throat. I look towards him. "Would you like to introduce us?" Dad said. I look at Steven and the others. They had confused and surprised faces. "Oh right!" I said before turning to the others. "Guys, this is my family and friends! This is my Dad, Derek, this is my Mom, Rachel, this is my brother, Aaron, my sister, Melissa, and my friends, Lucinda, Katelyn, and Aphmau! Family and friends, I want you to meet the Crystal gems. Pearl, Amethyst, Steven, and Garnet!" I introduced. They said their hellos before we start chatting. My Mom and Dad talking to Pearl, Aaron, Aphmau, and Melissa talking with Amethyst, and Lucinda and Katelyn talking with Steven and Garnet. I smile as everyone gets along with one another. But I can't help but blush at Garnet. She was just so beautiful. I smile at her. Garnet suddenly looks at me, making me nervous. Instead of glaring and having a disgust face, lik I expected her to make, she smiles back. I blush more. Suddenly, I feel someone grab my shoulder. I jump a little and spin around. It was my Father. "We need to talk" Dad said. I nod. "Ok" I said. I follow him out on the porch. "What do you need, Father?" I said. "Is it true that your living here from now in?" Dad said. I got nervous, but I push that feeling away. "Yes, do you have a problem with that?" I said, a little annoyed. "No" Dad said before he looked inside. He was looking at Garnet. I look at her to, starting to daydream. "Do you love her?" Dad asks. I look at him, before looking down with a blush. I shyly nod my head. Dad laughs a little, making me slowly look up at him. He had a smile. "I normally won't say this, considering you have a dangerous power, but, I think you should tell her" Dad said. I shake my head furiously. "Nope! She wouldn't like me!" I said, my face more red. Dad chuckles before he starts walking off. "Ok. Take your time" Dad said before going inside. I take a couple of minutes to calm down, before walking inside.
