John Doe's POV ~ My head jerked up from the table eyes going wide as I gave heavy panting looking around I saw ____ sleeping on the couch and the pizza box was in the garbage. I noticed my body was covered in sweat slowly I got out of my seat stumbling in the kitchen leaning over the sink feeling nauseous. "It was only a dream...thankgod" I said to myself slowly I turned on the sink splashing some cold water on my face before turning it back off drying my face with a kitchen towel. Walking back in the other room I sat down beside the couch slowly shaking ____ shoulder.
John Doe - Hey buddy wake up....
Male Reader - (groans)
Male Reader's POV ~ I felt myself be softly shaken slowly I opened my eyes and saw John looking at me with worried in his eyes. My tiredness turned into concern when I saw around his eyes were red and puffy slowly I sat up from the couch.
Male Reader - John are you ok?
Male Reader's POV ~ Suddenly I felt strong arms wrapped around me shaking violently clinging onto me like his life depended on it I began to rub his back softly.
John Doe - He-hey please tell me something
Male Reader - uh yeah John what is it? (confused tone)
John Doe - ...What happened last night...?
Male Reader - We ate pizza..? and talked
John Doe - No no....after that please tell me
Male Reader - I thrown away the pizza box and after that you sounded groggy you wanted me to stay and told me I could sleep on the couch so I did...
John Doe's POV ~ I pulled back looking into ____ eyes holding his shoulders tightly feeling slightly relieved.
John Doe - Th-thats all?
Male Reader - yeah why?
John Doe - .....
Male Reader - John what's wrong?
Male Reader's POV ~ I suddenly felt myself pulled back into a hug feeling very confused then I heard John speak.
John Doe - I had a horrible nightmare
Male Reader - A nightmare? About what?
John Doe - I....I was a monster to you my personality changed I....did stuff to you
John Doe's POV ~ I began to sob holding ____ tightly I was exposed but I didn't care I just wanted to be forgiven. Suddenly I felt a light tap on my shoulder I pulled back and saw ____ put his pinky in the air my eyes widen as more tears flowed.
Male Reader - I can't have my buddy crying can I? Do I need to be the crust and you be the cheese ontop now? Do I need to hold us together?
John Doe's POV ~ I gave a big genuine smile taking my pinky hooking it with ____ looking in his eyes.
John Doe - Buddies for life right?
Male Reader - right!
John Doe's POV ~ I began to calm down letting go of our pinkys rubbing my eyes going back to my old self.
John Doe - Maybe we shouldn't order junk food at night anymore huh? I guess it's to much for you to handle (snickers)
Male Reader - H-hey! You are the one who had the nigtmare! And besides pizza was your idea!
John Doe - whatever makes you feel better buddy!
Male Reader - screw you!
John Doe's POV ~ I felt ____ light punch my arm all I could do was laugh ____ made me feel special he might be an outcast but to me he's not we are all that we've got now.
Male Reader - (yawn) what time is it
John Doe - (looks at clock) 2:00 am
Male Reader - (groans) .....
John Doe - Need more sleep?
Male Reader - it's 2:00 am!
John Doe - then...close your eyes maybe?
Male Reader - shut up!
Male Reader's POV ~ I began to snuggle back up on the couch looking over me I saw John grabbing something ontop of the couch putting it over my body. It turned out to be a warm fuzzy blanket I smiled closing my eyes feeling John's hand ruffle my hair before turning and walking away
John Doe - Goodnight Buddy...
Male Reader - Goodnight John...
