John Doe - oh I want you to meet someone special! I promise she will give you one hell of a time! Haha

Male Reader - oh ummm sure ....

John Doe's POV ~ I let go of ____ hands and turned back around marching happily until we got into a room full of chairs with a big table in the middle.

John Doe - oh honey I'm hooome!

???? - Coming pudden

Male Reader's POV - I stood next to John and saw some lady come out with blonde short hair with black and red at the bottom she came out all giddy giving John a giant hug I stood back a little she then turned to look at me with a confused look.

???? - Pudden you didn't tell me you were bringing home a stray

Male Reader's POV - What the hell?! This lady calling me a stray for?! I got angry but kept my composure taking a deep breath. John seemed to notice because he put a hand on my shoulder giving a light squeeze.

John Doe - babe he's our guest for the night I wanted to show him around and stuff (snickers) (turns to ____) this is Harley my Queen isn't she just swell?!

Male Reader - y-yeah she's nice (lies through my teeth)

Male Reader's POV ~ I extended my hand but she swatted it away.

Harley - yeah yeah enough introductions there boring how long is he staying with us for?

John Doe - Babe don't act like that ya know he has to have dinner with us

Male Reader - Dinner?! Oh umm I'm ok I'm not that hungry (nervous laugh)

Male Reader's POV ~ suddenly a loud noise echoed the room my face went red in embarrassment and John laughed. He grabbed my shoulder leading me to a chair and I sat next to him.

John Doe - Harley Babe would you please be a dear and get us dinner we need to celebrate our guest of honor tonight!

Harley - sure thing Pudden (winks)

Male Reader's POV ~ me and John sat quietly at the table it was uncomfortable in the beginning I was sitting in an allyway and now I'm here how the hell did this happen?....we continued being silent until John Spoke up in his cheery voice.

John Doe - Sooo ___ what do you think of Harley?

Male Reader - she seems nice and umm lovely...

John Doe - I know right? Haha! She's a fiesty one but it makes the game more exciting!

Male Reader - a game?

John Doe - yeah we always find a way to "SPICE" up our relationship (puts a thumbs up)

Male Reader - do you always have a sit down dinner like this?

John Doe - Yes they're just wonderful!! (Giggles)

Male Reader - is it just always you and Harley?

John Doe - Hey it's my turn to ask a question! (Pouts)

Male Reader - huh?! O-oh ok

John Doe - sooo how are your sit down dinners hmm?

Male Reader - oh umm I don't really want to talk about it (looks down)

John Doe - come on (pokes ____ cheek) tell me

Male Reader - (sigh) I don't have a family

John Doe - what everyone has a family! (laughs)

Male Reader - are you seriously laughing right now?

John Doe - well yeah it's funny!

Male Reader - how is that funny!? I was born an outcast they didn't want me YOU ASSHOLE!!!

John Doe - (eyes widen) h-hey buddy... I'm so-

Male Reader's POV ~ I stopped him before he could finish.

Male Reader - John can you please stop calling me buddy I don't even know you...

Male Reader's POV ~ my mood changed I didn't mean to come off rude but John hit some pretty sensitive subjects frankly I was being sour on how he was getting into my business like how he did but for some reason he knew because he patted my shoulder and for once gave a sincere apology. No jokes no smartass remarks or giggles.

John Doe - I'm sorry...I truly am

Male Reader's POV ~ I began to feel guilty for how I acted and apologized.

Male Reader - it's ok...I'm sorry for being rude (frowns)

John Doe's POV ~ I knew where ___ was coming from and my heart ached for him this was not the time for jokes or laughs and giggles and that is rare for me I'm glad he could see that I was truly sorry. I took my hand and made a pinky sign he looked at me confused.

John Doe - Buddies again?

Male Reader - ok buddies

Male Reader's POV ~ I took my hand and we pinky promised John seemed like a good guy deep down inside and he knows when things can be taken to far. It made me smile that he takes my feelings in consideration like that. even though he comes off as somewhat crazy it could be something I could get used to. Suddenly we heard Harley come back setting down some steak vegetables and potatoes my eyes lit up this actually looked really good.

John Doe's POV ~ I saw ____ eyes lit up and gave a small smile taking his plate I began filling his plate then followed by mine and Harley's I was about to take my first bite of steak when Harley stopped me.

Harley - sweetie why don't you let ____ have the first bite after all he is our guest

John Doe - oh where are my manners that's a wonderful idea babe! Buddy go ahead you take the first bite for us!

Male Reader's POV ~ I smiled my heart began to feel warm it felt like I was eating with a family someone to talk to it feels like I can be understood and acknowledged. I began to cut Into the steak taking a big bite the sweet juices running down my lips. It tasted so good I can't remember how long it's been since I ate a proper meal. I smiled and kept chewing until I heard a crunch my eyes widden.

John Doe's POV ~ I saw how happy ____ was eating I remembered how he was telling me earlier that he didn't have a family or a sit down meal in along time I wonder how long it's been since he had steak. I continued to watch but then his eyes widden with tears looking at Harley she smirked and I got confused.

John Doe - hey are you ok?

Male Reader's POV ~ My eyes teared up what was this intense pain? I spit blood across the table along with a giant metal razor blade I quickly covered my mouth blood dripping. Looking to my side I saw that John had wide eyes. I began to talk slowly in pain.

Male Reader - y-you were right Jo-John (cough) she would give me a h-hell of a time (tears)

John Doe - I swear ____ I didn't know Harley was going to do this!

John Doe's POV ~ I looked over at Harley as she began to laugh anger rose and my blood began to boil I never told her to do this! looking back over I saw ____ with tears rolling down his face and his eyes had hurt and betrayal.
