Hana huffed from the amount of energy she used for the past 3 hours. With one last release of wind she lowered her arms and fell backwards into the rocky dirt.
Class 1-A and Class 1-B were training together with the assistance of the Pussycats.
They were all training on a mountain that had a brown rocky terrain. Everyone was doing their own thing until they were given break.
She laid her arms next to her head as she tried to calm her breathing. Her eyes were half way closed due to exhaustion.
The sky above her were clear and filled with a lovely blue. Very few birds flew above her with some chirping here and there.
She closed her eyes to enjoy the relaxing atmosphere nature was her.
She could hear the others in the distance, but she blocked them out as she tried to catch her breath.
The students were all given a break a few minutes ago, but she couldn't give in since she knew she had much more training to do.
She needed to get better with her quirk.
The others have been training for so long while she was hiding and playing hero. This boot camp was the only opportunity she'd have to keep up with them.
She barely had time with All Might because of her late transfer. She can't be left behind.
Far away a figure came walking towards her while few of her classmates stood by to watch.
Hana heard footsteps come near her. The sun's light was soon blocked and its heat disappeared. A shadow over cast her.
She opened her eyes and saw Uraraka. The brunette smiled at her and crouched down to her level.
Hana sat up to have a better look at her.
Uraraka had a bottle in her hand and she passed it to Hana with a grin.
"I think you might need this," she beamed.
"Thank you," Hana smiled.
The brunette nodded her head while her classmate opened it to take a sip of the cold liquid.
"I don't know how you do it, Hana. Aoyama and I always feel nauseous everytime we try to go over our limits." Uraraka said with curiousity. "You must be getting better with your quirk."
Hana brought the bottle away from herself. She closed it so she can pay attention to her.
"I was able to go further with my gust of winds, and I guess I got better with my endurance," Hana says with thought. "But I don't know how far I grew from the start of this training camp."
"I'm sure all of us don't know, but I'm sure we all are growing," she beamed. She slowly transitioned to sit next to her classmate. "I'm happy you came. It wouldn't be that fun without you."
Hana smiled. It was nice to hear her classmate say nice things to her. At first it used to bother her, but after a while of being with the brunette and the others, she didn't mind anymore.
"Thanks. I'm glad to be here," Hana sais with a smile.
Uraraka's face became soft.
"Hana," the brunette starts.
"Yes?"
"What made you want to become a hero?" She asks with eyes filled with wonder. "I don't think any of us ever asked you that question."
Hana hummed. "That's a good question." She leaned back with her hands as support.
None of her classmates asked her that before. They were always distant from her due to the lack of socialization of her having private lessons while they were all together.
