"Bakugo," Todoroki said, but he wasn't listening.

Yet again busy on the phone, Bakugo ignored everything else around him. Just this last phone call and he was free for the weekend, a feat rarely done before, but it was possible. At most, Bakugo got Sunday's off, but it was possible to exceed that. One more call.

Todoroki rummaged through the angry mans fridge anyways, figuring Bakugo wouldn't even notice or give a damn at this point. Beer and microwavable meals littered the shelfs along with a thing of sriracha and some green tea. Todoroki knew Bakugo could cook, but the lack of money and time made it impossible to buy anything more than the minimum. It made Todoroki sad because he liked Bakugo's cooking.

He grabbed a bottle of green tea and took a sip, loving how the cool liquid ran through his body.

Bakugo noticed, giving him a scalding look."Don't contact me until Monday," he said into the phone, finally flipping it shut.

"I asked," Todoroki reasoned.

"No, you didn't," Bakugo growled back."I would've heard you."

Todoroki's eyes trailed off."I'm sorry." I'm sorry you can never be a hero. I'm sorry I ruined you.

"If you are, then leave me alone." Bakugo sighed, something Todoroki found he rarely did. He usually liked to express such depression through anger."I'm done for, Todoroki, all dried up. All that's left is this endless cycle."

"I won't leave," Todoroki responded."You can't be left alone."

Bakugo punched Todoroki square in the face, knuckles chiseling against his skin and blood gushing from his now bloody nose. Todoroki fell back onto the floor and Bakugo followed, kneeling over him with one fist raised and the other keeping him balanced. Todoroki held a hand up to his nose, trying to control the bleeding so it didn't spread all over Bakugo's floor.

They both stared each other down, Bakugo's growing more and more angry as he continued to peer into Todoroki's dull eyes. His whole body strained, wanting to punch him again and again until he was unrecognizable. He held back, letting out a long breath before sitting up.

He took the bottle of green tea, uncapping it and pouring it right over Todoroki's face. He coughed and spasmed as unwanted liquid hit his throat. Once the bottle was cleaned, Bakugo got off him and moved into the bathroom to wash himself off. Todoroki slowly got up and did the same, refusing to give up.

"Ah," Bakugo sounded, stopping his eating to stare at the T.V. He didn't have one in his own home, so he came to mooch off Todoroki on lazy nights when he had the time to rest and stay up late cause he didn't have work the next day.

Todoroki made a questioning sound from the kitchen where he was heating up some water.

Bakugo then started laughing, loud and almost pained which frightened Todoroki. Even if Bakugo watched comedies, he refused to give anything past a snicker. His head snapped to Bakugo, questioning.

He found him close to the television, grasping it sharply and staring at it with wide eyes. He continued laughing, food long forgotten as he stared intently at what was on screen.

"Of course! Of course it's like that!" Bakugo said, voice gaining height."I should've known! Haha!"

"Bakugo?" Todoroki questioned, coming closer to see what was on screen. He pushed Bakugo aside and found himself on the hero news channel, staring at the carbon copies of the next big All Might and Endeavor. A shudder ran through him at the sight.

"Who doesn't love a sequel?!" Bakugo said next to him, eyes now burning holes into the screen."Those fuckers think they're anything special? Don't kid with me."

"Bakugo, cut it out. Your dinner's getting cold," Todoroki tried, pulling Bakugo away from the T.V.

Bakugo stood his ground, however, maneuvering out of Todoroki's grasp and never once looking away from the screen. Todoroki tried again but found it impossible. He then stood in front of Bakugo.

"Stop," he panicked."Don't look."

"Move," Bakugo growled, shoving him aside.

"I said don't look, Bakugo!" Todoroki shoved him down, turning around to try and turn off the television.

Bakugo fought back, pushing Todoroki away from the T.V. and onto the floor where he held him down so he couldn't try and turn it off again."What, don't want me to see the heroes?" Bakugo smirked."Or do you not want me to see your father give away his petty little reward?"

Todoroki murmured something but otherwise refused to answer.

"I already know how shitty he is, no need to hide it from me."

Todoroki mumbled again.

"Huh?! If you have something to say then speak up!" Bakugo yelled back."Do you want me to change the channel? Is that what you want?"

Todoroki turned his face to the side."Please get off me, Bakugo," he mumbled. That was when Bakugo realized the bright blush that spread across his face down to the tips of his ears and the nape of his neck. Bakugo was stunned by this but refused to let go.

It had been a thought running through his mind recently, something trivial at best. He had massive amounts of work to do, customers to please, and money to worry about, not some other persons feelings. No, he couldn't bring himself to give a damn but Todoroki always seemed to break those rules. He hated him for it.

Bakugo cocked his head to the side with low, almost bored eyes."You're in love with me, aren't you?"

Todoroki tensed up at Bakugo's words and that was all he needed. Snapping upwards, Bakugo shook himself off like something radiating off Todoroki had caught onto him. He stared down at him, Todoroki looking right back.

All Todoroki's past shame seemed to finally disappear now that the truth was out. He felt oddly satisfied.

"There you go again, doing as you please," Bakugo glared."Stop dragging me into your affairs."

"All I do is work, eat, and sleep," Todoroki started."Through all that all I can think about is you, Bakugo." He looked so happy, it sickened Bakugo.

"Stop," was all he said before slamming the door behind him.

He didn't want to admit it, but it was the same for him too.
