Christmas and New Years had passed, into a new and more depressing year. Alex was deteriorating physically, he didn't seem to care anymore.
"Alex, listen I talked to her ya know a while ago but I think she's fine with meeting you now." Matt explained to Alex carefully, every time Matt tried to talk to him it had been tedious and possibly life threatening on Matt's part.
Alex was furious at him at first but then turned ignorant, he wouldn't talk for weeks.
That was until Matt offered Alex the choice of meeting Arabella who Alex had come to know as 'Ar' (her nickname).
"When?" Alex's voice cracked, desperate.
"Next week, I can bring her to the studio." Matt offered.
"Great."
"Wednesday, 8:00, don't forget."
"Oh you bet I won't."
It sounded like a threat in Alex's voice but he was just bored with emotion.
