Magi: A New Era

When Dreamers Collide

Aladdin is a blue-haired young Magi who just wants to be able to learn new things and become the greatest Magi in the world. He sets off on a journey to figure out what to do with himself and figure out what kind of power he holds. He smiles and says to himself  "I'm ready to take on whatever is out there!" He travels on to unknown places and new beginnings. Hoping to learn more about the Djinn he possesses which turns out to be a magic flute with a blue giant inside of it named Ugo. While traveling through a village, he comes across an unknown shadow peering out in an alleyway, he takes a closer look and realizes it's a teenage boy with blond hair, brown eyes, and a stern look on his face as he looks up at the sky. Aladdin carefully walks up to him asking; "Excuse me, sir, what are you doing here all by yourself?" The strange man then turns to Aladdin giving him a stern look saying, "And who are you to interrupt my planning?!" Aladdin backs away a little in a fearful state. He tries to calmly say, "W-Well, I saw you over here by yourself and I-I thought you might have needed help with s-something." The man then walks closer and stands in front of him, "I don't need anyone's help! Especially a puny kid like yourself!"

Aladdin then steps back angrily and smirks, "A puny kid huh?" The man looks at him confused, "Yeah that's what I said, what's your problem?" Aladdin then pulls out his flute and plays it. Out of nowhere, huge footsteps out onto the ground, and a giant hand appears atop the strange man. The man is in shock because of the Djinn the young Aladdin holds. Aladdin stops playing and says to him, "Meet Ugo, my Djinn." The strange man falls to his knees as he looks up at the giant blue beast. Aladdin then plays his flute again and Ugo disappears. The man then stood up and looked at Aladdin in shock. He comes to terms with his anger and apologizes for his behavior. "My name is Alibaba Saruja, I'm from this village right here and I was hoping I could conquer the dungeon, Amon." Aladdin stood there in shock, "You mean the dungeon that's said to hold a mysterious power no one's heard of?!" Alibaba nods, "I want to know what that power is and wield it myself. Aladdin walks up and smiles putting out his hand, "How about we do it together then shall we?" Alibaba smirks and takes his hand and they shake on it.

They left the village in search of the dungeon and found it days later, the two boys looked at each other and smirked as they entered it. Hours later, Alibaba made his wish come true and captured Amon for himself. The two boys then decided to become friends and travel together to find their dreams. Later, Alibaba came upon one of his enemies Jamil, with his slave Morgiana along with another man. The slaves were known as Fanalis' who were a rare group of people said to be slaves of the Kou Empire and the Dark Continent. Jamil taunted Alibaba for being weak because he was helped to capture a dungeon. Morgiana stood up to Jamil but she was slapped and told to shut up. Alibaba ran over and helped the girl up, "Are you alright miss?" She nodded as he helped her up, "Please help me escape this man, he's always tortured me." She whispers in his ear as Jamil looks away at Aladdin. Alibaba nods and walks up to Jamil asking, "Why in the hell would you hit an innocent girl?!" Jamil laughed and said, "She's my slave and I can do what I want with her. Nothing you or puny boy here can do about it." Alibaba then suddenly became furious and beat Jamil up. Aladdin stopped him because he didn't want him to badly injure the man.

Morgiana made a wish to herself to be free from Jamil, and out of nowhere, Magic came to her cuffs and chains which released her from Jamil's grasp along with the other Fanalis beside her. They both smiled and Morgiana ran over hugging both Alibaba and Aladdin, "Thank you! I'm free because of your kindness and gratitude!" As she let them go, Alibaba blushed a little giving her you're welcome afterwards. Morgiana went on with telling them the story of her past and how the Fanalis people were treated which is how she was treated and her dreams of becoming a Magi herself. She sat with tears in her eyes as she looked up at the boys. Aladdin then walked up, and put his hand out to her smiling, "Come with us, we will follow our dreams together!" She wiped her tears and took his hand which marked a new beginning for the 3 of them.
