As King Sinbad finished his story, Alibaba told him that he had the same experience growing up. "My mother was the only person I ever knew and she loved me very deeply since I was her only son." Alibaba went on saying, "In my village, I met Kassim and his younger sister Mariam, but then it turned out he had a troubled father with an alcohol problem, which resulted in the death of his younger sister because their father was abusive towards them. After that day, Kassim wasn't the same anymore, he created a group of thieves that I joined since I sadly lost my mother to illness before that."
All the others looked at Alibaba in shock, Alibaba continued, "One day though, I had enough of causing trouble and wanted to leave the group, Kassim grew mad at me and told me to never talk to him again. I haven't seen or heard from him since then. I was tired of causing trouble and wanted to find my path. That's when I was taken in by the previous king of Balbad, he taught me everything about Djinns and the history of the lands and kingdoms. He grew old though sadly and passed away a month later."
Aladdin and Morgiana both patted Alibaba on the back, "We have your back no matter what." Alibaba looked at both of them and smiled, "Thank you guys." Sinbad looked at all of them with a cheerful expression, "It's nice to see when people get along in this world." He said to himself and looked at Mihala, "My love Hika... I'll do the best I can to keep our blessing and our kingdom safe..."
Sinbad then asked the kids to follow him, he picked up Mihala and went in a direction towards a big door. The 3 kids followed and Sinbad opened the door to a treasure-filled room full of weapons and gems. Sinbad then told them, "You all may choose a weapon to use soon because you never know what will happen." The 3 kids grew excited and browsed the weaponry, Alibaba found a sword made of fire that he liked and decided to choose it.
Aladdin didn't find anything and stuck with his flute. Morgiana found a pair of medal gloves that moved like her cuffs but she then changed her mind and wanted to stick with her cuffs which she had in a sack. They all laughed as they browsed more of the weapons around, Sinbad quickly went away to put Mihala down for a nap then came back. "So have you chosen your weapons? He asked smiling. Alibaba nodded but Aladdin and Morgiana told him what they wanted to do and he nodded understandingly. Little did they know, the next day would bring nightmares and horror.
