Magi: A New Era

A Misunderstanding and Another Air

9 months have passed since the fateful attack of Judar and the darkness. Queen Hikari was told she was due to give birth within the next day or so by her doctor. It was just another normal sunny day in Sindria until something unexpected came about. "YOU DID IT TO ME!!" Someone said as Sinbad turned. "Huh?!" He looked up confused and saw Princess Kougyoku Ren of the Kou Empire. All the rest walked up next to Sinbad, "What's going on here King Sinbad?" Jafar asked as he walked next to him. Then an unknown man in yellow walked next to her, "You slept with the princess King Sinbad!" The unknown man was Ka Koubou, Princess Kougyoku's assistant. Jafar looked at him in shock, "Is this true, King Sinbad?!" He looked over at him, "No! I would never do such a thing to an innocent woman!"

The 3 kids walked up on the action, Aladdin asked, "Uh may I ask what is happening here?!" Ka Koubou then said again, "King Sinbad here slept with our Princess Kougyoku a few months ago!" They see the princess weeping as the assistant glares at them. "He ruined her reputation and everything!" Sinbad just looked over, "I said I didn't! I would never do such a thing to anyone!" Ka Koubou then said, "Yes you did! She told me everything! How she was in your bed at the party we had months earlier while he was drunk!"

The generals and Jafar looked over at Sinbad, "How could you do such a thing?" Sinbad looked down and sighed, "You guys... I raised you like my own children, you grew up with me... how could you believe a scoundrel over the man who raised all of you..?" Ka Koubou said to himself, "Ka Koubou is my name... my dear Princess Kougyoku has gone through an extreme entity with King Sinbad of Sindria... in which the truth is... it was all me..."

He grinned to himself, "I had my full plan set... the princess was going to marry the King of Balbad originally and have a baby with him... but it ended up failing... then one day King Sinbad appeared out of the blue... I knew this would be my chance to try again... so while the princess was walking back to her chambers... I knocked her out and with the help of 2 guards... placed her next to King Sinbad... hoping my plan could work... and right now it's just getting started..." Ka Koubou grins as he looks up at them. "King Sinbad should be punished for his crimes!"

Ka Koubou said while grinning to himself. Sinbad looked down clutching his fists trying not to cry, "I didn't do anything, I swear it." Suddenly someone said, "I'll be the judge of that..." They heard a voice and footsteps and turned around. Queen Hikari walked in front, even though she was pregnant, she could still stand since she barely showed. She looked at Sinbad and then looked over at them. Ka Kobou looked at the woman up and down and realized she had Queen headgear on her.

"Yes, he can be reckless at times... but my Sin would never do such a thing... not to me... not to anyone...!" The princess, Ka Koubou, and the guards stood in shock as they heard those words. "I'll show you what happened that night even if I wasn't there because I can tell someone else is behind this..." Hikari closed her eyes and hung her hands to the ground, "Figana Multa!" She said out loud as a circle grew below her feet and small bright light figures appeared in front of her. Ka Koubou then tried to talk her out of it, "Please Your Majesty, this is ridiculous! Don't believe them, princess! They are only trying to brainwash you!"

The magical light figures played out what happened that night and to everyone's surprise, it was Ka Koubou and 2 guards who were behind the occurrence. Princess Kougyoku and everyone else stood in shock at what they were seeing. Her being knocked out and placed in the same room as King Sinbad. The bright figures then disappear as she opens her eyes and looks at them. She then points at Ka Koubou, "This man was the one behind it, not my husband." Ka Koubou gritted his teeth at her angrily.

Sinbad then looked at her with tears falling from his eyes. Hikari walked over and put her hands on his face and thumbs to his eyes and wiped his tears. "Shh... it's ok... you're safe now..." Sinbad looked at her, "Hika..." he hugged her tight. "Thank you... my love..." Hikari kissed his forehead and then turned to them. "Now you know princess, none of this was my Sin's fault... or yours..." The princess nodded and apologized for the wrongful accusations. Jafar looked over and said, "Guards! Arrest this man for framing King Sinbad!" Ka Koubou drew his sword and pointed it at Hikari, "I will not give up!"

Suddenly someone hit the sword to the ground. It was Prince Hakuryuu Ren, the princess' stepbrother. "I think you've done enough Ka Koubou. All of you get out of my sight!" He looked over as Sinbad was hugging his Queen tightly with some remaining tears falling as she was rubbing his hair, "Shh... it's alright now..." Ka Koubou looked at the prince angrily. The princess kept Ka Koubou as her assistant anyway and they left back for the Kou Empire.

The prince walked over and got on one knee clapping his hands together. "Queen Hikari, King Sinbad, I deeply apologize for my kingdom's reckless actions!" Hikari turned and looked at him with Sinbad still holding her from behind hugging her. "It's alright Prince... it wasn't your fault..." He looked up at her as she was smiling, "You are forgiven though." The prince smiled and said, "If I can, I would like to stay here and study this kingdom as a part of my dream your highness." Hikari nodded and said, "You don't need our permission Prince Hakuryuu, you go right ahead dear boy."

He thanked her and walked off with a serious look on his face. Sinbad finally calmed down and looked up at her. She turned to him, "Better?" He nodded, "A lot better thanks to you..." she smiled, "It was the least I could-" She suddenly fell and clutched her stomach. Sinbad looked down on her, "My love! What's wrong?!" Hikari looked up and said, "H-He's coming..." Sinbad stood in shock but picked her up and carried her to their bedroom.

Moments later, doctors rushed in to help with the birth and had to ask King Sinbad and everyone else to wait outside. King Sinbad tried to ask to stay but they said it was for the best, but that Hikari would be fine. Hours passed as they heard screaming and wailing. Sinbad sat down on a bench and put his hands to his face crying hoping his Queen would make it. The rest looked at him with sad faces. "She'll be alright Sin... she's strong you know..." Jafar said as he sat down next to him rubbing his back.

A short time later, they heard a baby cry and Sinbad stood up crying tears of joy. "My baby boy.." he said to them. They all smiled as a doctor came out and said, "You can see your wife now your majesty." Sinbad didn't hesitate and ran into the bedroom. He saw Hikari in the bed holding a tiny baby boy in her arms. She saw Sinbad and smiled, "Come over, meet your son..." He ran over and kissed her as she did back. He then sat down next to her and looked at the tiny baby in her arms.

"What are we gonna name him?" She looked over at him smiling, "I want you to name him Sin..." She handed him over to King Sinbad as he held him close. "Badr... his name is Badr..." She looked over at him smiling, "That's a perfect name..."  He smiled back and kissed her again. "I'm so glad you're back again my love..." She closed her eyes smiling. "Me too Sin... me too..." They lay next to each other as Sinbad held his sleeping son. "I love you so much." She laid next to him, "I love you too." 

Sinbad walked over, put the sleeping baby in his crib, and walked back lying down next to her. "Sleep now, my love... you must be exhausted after all that..." Hikari nodded and slept as he held her in his arms. He kissed her forehead as he drifted to sleep too. Everyone else came in to see the baby but then saw the two of them sleeping in the bed. Jafar whispered, "Let's go, we'll see the little one tomorrow." Everyone else nodded and quietly crept out as Jafar slowly shut the door behind them.
