Thursday, 1st November. Yejin woke up the next day, feeling the warmth of Hanbin's body and saw the perfect face of him, sleeping. Yejin wondered how she end up in the same bed as Hanbin then remembered the horrifying scene. She decided to thank Hanbin for taking a punch for her. so, she went downstairs and cooked his favourite breakfast, Pancakes and waffles.
Hanbin woke up to an empty bed. He panicked and went to check in Yejin's room but she wasn't there. He quickly went downstairs and searched for her then found her cooking in his kitchen. She was finished and saw Hanbin. She smiled.
"oh~you're awake !" Yejin exclaimed and place breakfast down on the counter "come on, eat up"
"a-are you okay ?" Hanbin asked and walked to Yejin instead of sitting down. He checked her hand and then her face, saw the cut on her chin "you have a cut on your chin"
He ran up stairs, grabbed a plaster then ran back to his kitchen. He looked into Yejin's eyes and then looked at the cut. He sticked the plaster and stared at her bare face.
"does your face hurt ?" Yejin touched Hanbin's cheek, where the man punched and hanbin hissed "let me put some ice on it"
Yejin placed an ice pack on his cheek, with their eyes locked together without intention. She looked at his lips and slowly leaned into an unexpected kiss. Hanbin was puzzled. They both then ate Breakfast.
"Thank you for saving me" Yejin said as she continued eating "and for comforting me"
"no problem, the police caught the man. so, Don't worry" Hanbin reassured her "the police said that someone hired him, but they haven't figured it out who. do you suspect anyone ?"
Yejin shook her head even though she did suspect someone.
"anyways, i'm graduating tomorrow. will you please come ?" Yejin invited him "my family as in my Father, my Mother and my stepmother would be there"
"i'll check my schedule later if i'm free" Hanbin smiled a little and planned something out in his mind.
"a-alright, i hope you're free" Yejin smiled back and was looking forward for his presence there, She was just hoping he'd come.
Yejin went to school and practiced for the graduation. She was told to make a speech as she was the best student. She went to Hanbin's office to help him and of course she went to the orphanage house again with food and clothes.
"you're back !" Aera ran to Yejin when she saw her and gave her a hug. She grabbed Hanbin's and Yejin's hand and told them to sit down "come on ! let's play"
"how are you ?" Yejin asked and smiled sweetly
"i'm healthy !" Aera giggled happily "how about you ?"
"i'm fine" Yejin replied.
"and oppa ?" Aera looked at Hanbin with her sparkly eyes.
"i'm healthy too, i have to take care of Yejin-sshi" Hanbin stated a fact.
"why, did something happened ?" Aera asked and Hanbin shook his head no "oh~ you just love her, so you take good care of her. right ?"
Yejin and Hanbin looked at each other then avoided each other's gaze. He was confused with his own feelings and Yejin was just clueless.
They went home at 4:45p.m. They ate dinner together while talking about the engagement. They both were scared that they'll really end up together. They both tried to shake the thoughts off by watching the television till 10p.m.
"Hanbin-ah" Yejin called his name and caught his eyes "can you come tomorrow?"
"no~ i'm sorry. i have a meeting at the hotel tomorrow" Hanbin said and avoided her eyes
