Megatron's Son

Chapter Twenty-Nine: A Battle Of Chaos

Optimus's Profile:

  One thing I wasn't expecting today was for Agent Fowler to come in yelling at me for the dark energon mountain which we didn't even know about. Another thing I wasn't expecting today was for Megatron to appear on the monitor to talk to me. What I didn't except and was funny was Agent Fowler jumping five feet high and scream high pitched like a little girl. It was hard to not laugh at that.

 " Megatron." I said once I was able to control myself not to laugh.

 " Optimus. I have proposition for you." Megatron said, Soundwave silently coming up beside him.

 " Girl or boy?" Soundwave asked pointing at Agent Fowler who was catching his breath for the Megatron 'jumpscare'.

  All of us, the other Autobots now watching the scene in silence, went extremely quiet as Agent Fowler opened and closed his mouth like an earth fish while the rest of us tried our best not to laugh. Miko quickly gave Soundwave a thumbs up which he returned with an emoji winky face.

  " Soundwave..." Megatron said looking at his son. " Please don't interfere." Soundwave then pulled up a thumbs up emoji on his visor.

  " Now what is the reason why you called Megatron?" Ratchet asked now getting impatient.

  " I thought it would be beneficial to both sides if we team up and take down a similar threat know as Unicron." Megatron proposed.

  " Now why would you want to team up with us?" Arcee asked.

  " Because you have one thing I do not have. A prime." Megatron explained.

  " Oh come on! There has to be some alternative motive you have!" Ratchet explained reaching for a wrench.

  " ...Unicron...has Starscream..." Megatron said upset.

  Everything went quiet. This changes everything for everyone else in the room. Except for me since I already knew. 

   " How did this happen?!" Bee yelled in beeps and whirls.

  " We don't know, but the dark energon wall in Soundwave and mine's bonds to Starscream leads to an idea that Unicron took him. Not only that but he confirmed it himself when I was trying to get him back." I took a glance at my team all of them were willing to save Earth and Starscream. That's all I need to know.

  " We accept Megatron. However, when Earth is saved and Starscream is found will you consider-" Megatron disappeared of the monitor.

  " Well there's my answer." I murmured under my breath.

Soundwave's Profile:

  I looked at my Dad and said in a my brother's voice, " Really?"

  " Soundwave I do not need another talk about peace for my little brother. I'm older I can do what I want." Dad said turning around.

  " And be an irresponsible adult. I think Starscream has a bad influence." I said in multiple voices. 

  " Umm, you know I have some work but you can have it.." Oh Dad knew where to strike. I LOVE WORK!!!

  Why would someone ever hate something so...wonderful! Boredom is a villian, work is the good guy and I don't care what anyone might think but work is the best!

  " DEAL!" I shouted in my real voice running to my dad's office to complete some work.

Unicron's Profile:

  After we got all the fires in the castle out, I went to the dungeon to talk to Onyx. He might have a good reason for acting out like that. The other Primes had already started a pool table, with energon for bets, to guess why.

  I shook my head, Primus had better 2,000 energon on crazy. I didn't bet on my children and neither did Silversky. The only others who didn't bet was Starscream, who was sleeping, Maximo, was watching over him, Solus, who was also resting, and Megatronus, who was watching over her. Everyone else had bet.  

  When I entered the brig I saw Onyx curled up in a ball with his head on his knees. He looked startled to see me then guilt went back on his faceplates. I opened the cell door and sat in front of him.

  " I'm sorry." Onyx whispered.

  " I know my son I know." I said giving him a hug.

  Onyx now burst into tears. It wasn't often for the Predacon to cry, scrap, he almost never did! However, he was now and he needed comfort. There was no chains anywhere so it made things a bit easier. Probably because either Primus was being lazy or was too tired.

  I offered my arms in a hug. I loved my children even when they made mistakes, like these ones. I rubbed the back of Onyx as he cried hard. I kept whispering soft nothings until Onyx began to calm down. Soon he stopped then curled up in my lap like a little puppy.

  " Don't tell anyone please." Onyx asked embarrassed.

  " I won't. Some of us just need a good cry that's all." I said still rubbing his back and comforting him. 

  " I bet the others have a betting pool about this." Onyx said smiling.

  " They do but me, Silversky, Solus, Starscream, Maximo, and Megatronus didn't participate." Onyx looked at me confused.

" Megatronus didn't take part?" I smiled.

" You didn't tease him when he got pranked by Vector. I guess this is his way of saying thank you." I then got up and gestured to Onyx to follow me.

" Where are we going?" Onyx asked after a little while.

  I just gave a smile. Soon we were on the roof with all the stars as lights in the sky. Onyx looked mistified at all the different stars. He used his mighty wings and flew around to each star to a more beautiful one. After an hour he came back to the castle.

  " Do you think...do you think everyone can forgive me?" Onyx asked looking me straight in the eyes. 

  " I bet they will. They forgave Primus after all." I said walking back inside with Onyx right beside me.
