Amelia P.O.V. 1st person
For some reason my friends have a large love for Truth or Dare. Apparently they always have to know everyone's secrets.
I usually prefer not to give away my secrets or do something stupid. Luckily my friends almost never know what questions to ask.
But not today.
"Truth or Dare, Emma." Kasey grinned.
And so it began.
I sighed, leaned back and picked at my pizza trying stay out of the way of cruel eyes.

We were twenty minutes in and no one had picked me yet.
Then Sam looked down at me from where he was sitting in Michael's lap.
"Ami, truth or dare."
Well, now I'm screwed.
"Truth." I answered, purely because I didn't want to move or bring any more attention to myself.
I was expecting something crazy. Something weird and purely Sam. But he shrugged.
"I know this is super cliché but who do you like?"
I froze.
My relationship with Sam is well...
On the outside it seems pretty simple. We're relatively good friends who can go to each other in need and all that sort of thing.
But then, I kinda have a huge one-sided crush on him.
And he's dating Kasey.
I mean I could lie. But a good half of our group already knows about it. So no can do.
I took I'm a deep breath to stop myself from panicking.
What should I do? Should I tell him? Would it destroy our friendship.
There was a large bang and what looked to be a flying church appeared over our heads. Screams filled the air as everyone scrambled to get away from it.
It began to lower towards the ground, and once we'd got a good look at it it looked like a spaceship from a sci-fi movie. Anyone who had a car tried to get out as fast as they could.
We stood frozen with fear as it landed and a metal ramp emerged from it's belly and the door rose.
A woman stood there surveying the park. She was dressed in a black jumpsuit and combat boots and had her long brown hair tyed back in a long plait down her back. Soldiers dressed in blue jumpsuits guns unlike anything I'd ever seen ran down the ramp and surrounded us. There was a silent pause, during which everyone panicked at once.
A satisfied smirk graced the woman in the doorway's mouth. She scanned the crowd in front of her. Eyes taking over me.
"Take them all." She said coldly.
I watched as she turned around without another thought and walked back inside. The soldiers began to advance towards us.
I grabbed Leah's hand. "Stick together."
Sam nodded and grabbed my right hand. I focused with all might on not reacting and looked over to see Michael clutching Sam's arm on the other side. He didn't look too happy about it.
The soldiers steered us up the ramp with their guns to our backs. And into the darkness.
