*Dean POV*

After a long day at my new school I was ready to go home. Leaning against baby I yawned regretting how late I had stayed up the night before. I looked over the crowd of bustling students. Where was Sammy? It's not like he could have homework, it was the first day of school. After a few moments of mild worry I saw Sam pushing his way through the crowd.

"Hey, Sammy," I smiled when he finally made his way over to me. I was about to ask how Sam's day had been when I saw a boy close on Sam's heels.

"Dean," Sam smiled. "This is Castiel." Sam gestured to the boy next to him. "We're going to hang out and I was hoping you would drive us to his place."

Sam had already made a new friend good for him. I looked over at Castiel, the boys bright blue eyes looked up at me. "It is nice to meet you, Dean," his voice was amazing, deep and ruff sounding. The boy looked down. Shy apparently, or maybe I was staring. But why was I staring?

"Ya, it's nice to meet you too, Cas," I said warmly. Cas looked up at me in shock. "What?" I asked seeing his expression.

Cas reddened and looked down at the ground. "You are the first person to give me that nickname."

"Oh, you don't like it? Sorry."

"No, no it's not that," Cas smiled. "I love it."

At that we all got into the car. Sam in the front with me and Cas in the back. "You're gonna have to direct me to your house, Cas," I said starting up the engine.

"Right," I saw him smiling at me through the mirror. I couldn't help but smile back. The way Cas' smile lit up his face, it made him just a bit more adorable. Adorable, when did I turn into a chick?

The whole car ride was filled with silents, surprisingly it wasn't really awkward.

"Dean, you could come in," Cas said getting out of the car. It had been a quick car ride to his house.

"Oh, I don't want to intrude," I mumbled.

"You won't be!" Sam said too quickly. Then he seemingly wished hadn't. "Um, I think."

Cas smiled "Of course you won't. It's obvious the only reason Sam agreed to hang out with me was to see my older brother Gabriel again."

Sam's cheeks turned bright red. "No. I want to watch some Lord of The Rings with you."

Cas laughed. "And Gabriel. So what'd you say, Dean? Want to come in?"

I tried not to laugh at the puppy dog eyes Cas was giving me. "Ya, I guess. But I have to call Dad, he might get worried."

Cas' face brightened. "Great!" I pulled out my phone. "Come right in when you're done."

I dialed the number hesitantly then chose not to hit send. Dad might say no if I ask over the phone. so instead I texted him.

'Over at a friends house with Sammy. Be home by 5. See you then.

-Dean'

That should work. I thought at I walked up to the door. Right as I was about to grab the door handle the door swung open quickly. A young red haired girl looked up at me.

"You Cassie's friend too?" She asked impatiently. I nodded. "Wonderful," she growled angrily pushing past me. A little confused I stepped inside the house.

"Sorry about Anna, she can be a bitch sometimes." A golden haired guy stood leaning against the stairs across from the door.

"Um," I wasn't sure what to say to that. "I'm Dean."

The boy walked up to me "Gabriel." he smirked. "It's nice to meet you, Dean. If you don't mind my asking; What is Sam like?"

"Why do you care?" I may be new in town but I'm not deaf or blind. I've heard rumors about Gabriel, how he will flirt with everyone. And how he pulls way too many pranks on people. I've even seen him in action already.

Gabriel's gold eyes searched my expression. "I don't want to start off on the wrong foot with you, Dean-O," Gabriel sighed. "I mean your brother no harm. I just want to get to know him."

That didn't make me trust him any more than I had a moment ago. Thankfully Cas came in looking for me at the right time. "There you are, Dean. I was worried your father had told you not to stay here." I laughed, smiling at Cas.

"Nah, nothing like that, Cas. I was just having a conversation with Gabriel. But don't worry we are done now," I explained keeping my eyes trained on Cas.

Once in the living room I sat down on the couch with Sammy next to me. Gabriel took the open chair that was closest to where Sam was sitting. I watched as Cas knelt down in front of the TV working with the DVD player.

"You want to watch The Fellowship of the Ring today? Then we can watch the other two some other time." Cas asked Sam.

"What ever you want," Sam answered but I noticed he wasn't looking at Cas, he was looking at Gabriel. I bit back my annoyance and went back to watching Cas. The light glinted off of Cas' dark hair as he got up to sit in the middle of the couch. I did my best not to noticeably lean towards Cas. My mind wandered as Cas turned on the movie. I found most of the time I should have been watching the movie I was watching Cas. What was I doing? What was wrong with me? Once Cas caught me staring.

"What? Is there something in my hair," he asked. I tried not to blush, cause that wouldn't be manly.

"No," I mumbled looking into his beautiful blue eyes. Beautiful, really? I must be turning into a chick. "Um, sorry The Lord of the Rings isn't really my style."

Cas tilted his head like a confused puppy dog. "But The Lord of the Rings is everyone's style." I laughed.

"I don't know, Cas. Maybe there's something wrong with me." A small smile played at Cas' lips.

"There is nothing wrong with you, Dean. You're perfect." I gaped at him. I had to disagree. I was no where near perfect, but I couldn't say that to him so I just smiled.

"Will you two shut up?" Gabriel snarled. Cas glared at Gabriel and I went back to staring at Cas in silents. I looked at Cas' amazing face and found myself drawn to his lips. He was so perfect. What was up with me?

After the movie Sam and I needed to go home. I really wanted to stay with Cas, but that meant allowing Sam to stay with Gabriel and I wasn't to keen on that idea. So instead I practically pushed Sam out the door not giving Gabriel any alone time with my little brother.

"Dean!" Cas called to me as I was getting into baby.

"Ya, Cas?" I looked curiously over at him.

"Here," he handed me a slip of paper. "It's my number. Just give me a call if you want to hang out again." he smiled. "Oh, and Sam." Cas handed Sammy a piece of paper and a lollipop. "Gabriel told me to give that to you."

Sam smiled as he stuck the lollipop in his mouth. "Thanks, Cas."

"Yep," he smiled looking at me. "See you around, Dean."

"Ya," I said jumping into baby. I put Cas' number in my pocket. The whole car ride home was silent neither Sam nor I wanted to speak. I just couldn't get Cas' face out of my head. I mentally scolded myself again for acting like a girl.
