I feel welcomed with you
You're always there for me
No matter what
You understand me
You don't judge me
You see me for me
All of me
Not just bits and pieces
When I fall apart
You hug me back together
When I cry
You tell me it will be ok
When I worry
You calm me down
When I'm scared
You assure me it will be fine
You see right through me
Even with how confusing I can be
You never fail to make me laugh
Make me happy
Make me smile
Make me feel
Make me
Me
The real me
The me I missed all those years
The me that feels
The me that loves and feels loved
The me that cares and feels cared for
The happy me
You gave me
Me
And even better you
I feel at home in your arms
A feeling I've missed
I feel alive with you
Not a waste of "life"
Not someone waiting for death
But alive

Truly
Alive
I found you
Who would find me
We found us
