jonah immediately declined the call, throwing his phone on his bed. he couldn't talk to daniel, he was friends with zach, and jonah had to avoid him at all costs. even if that meant he would ruin things between them. maybe it's for the better, i can't like guys. he cringes at that thought, trying to push his sexuality deeper into the closet than it already is.
he had to focus on the zach situation, at hand.
jonah grabs his phone, sending corbyn a text message to come over and discuss how they would expose zach. they already planned the part to do it at spring formal but they didn't get as far as to what they say or what information about zach they would use.
jonah for a fact knew this wasn't going to end well. but he didn't stop.

gabbie had talking to jack, the elder of the two not listening to one word she said, all jack knew was she was throwing a party after spring formal and she wanted jack to come, considering he was obviously her date, unwillingly of course.
kay was sat across the table looking at her phone, and clearly annoyed by the pair. for the last couple of days kay had been sitting with the pair, corbyn usually off somewhere doing something.
jack caught the glimpse of zach across the room, at his usually table. jack could tell just from away he was not his usually self, his usual happy smile was replaced by a gloom frown, and it was evident there was bags under his eyes. jack blamed himself for hurting zach, even though he knew he had done anything to him.
"have you bought your tux yet?" gabbie questions, stealing a chip from jack's tray. jack shakes his head no, which elicits a groan from gabbie and a hit on the arm. "formal is in a few weeks babe!" she squeals, rolling her eyes at him.
jack sighs loudly, nodding his head. he had been putting off buying a tux, not really up to go to formal, in fact he was to the point he wanted to break things off with gabbie so he didn't have to go. but jack pushed that want away.
