Did I fall asleep? What had I even been doing?

Oh yeah, I was thinking about how nobody would ever love me.

"You're Finally awake!"

"Holy Jisoos fucking christ what the hell did I do to fucking deserve to get fucking robbed HeLp ME PlEaSeEeeE!"

Jisoo's eyes widened and she laughed.

Jisoo.

Jisoo.

Shit

Jisoo pulled me out of bed. "Come on sleepy-pants, I made pancakes and bacon!"

Jisoo had on a, you guessed it, yellow cropped hoodie and light blue skinny jeans, complete with black vans and a black scrunchi tying her hair into a high ponytail. Very nice compared to my ages old pink hoodie, black shorts, and messy bun... except that is no longer what I had on.

"Umm... Jisoo?" I asked uncertainly, hoping she didn't change me.

"Yea Girly?" She replied, using the age-old nickname from second grade.

"What happened?" I asked as if it was the most irritating thing ever."I mean, I had a pink hoodie and shorts but now I'm in black leggings and a yellow hoodie... that isn't even mine." She just giggled as I said this, and set down my plate of food, sitting across from me.

"Don't worry, I wouldn't change you," Jisoo said with a giggle, and I sighed in relief. "I woke you up to go out, but you just changed and went back to sleep, all I did was pick out your clothes."

"Okay but... what about the hoodie?" I asked, and she held up a finger since she had her mouth full of pancake.

"Well it was mine but to me, yellow is happy and you need some happiness in your life." She said sweetly, and I just sighed. "What?".

"You're too good for me. How did I manage to get a best friend like you?!" I yelled happily, and Jisoo frowned.

"Best friend?" She asked, as if I didn't yell it loud and clear. "Nothing else?".

"Best friend!" I confirmed happily and walked over to hug her. What can I say, I'm very clingy to the people I like. Especially the ones I really like, like Jisoo. The ones I like more than a friend.

Before I could make it around the table though, Jisoo grabbed her bag and frantically went to the front door.

"Jisoo?" I asked confusedly. "I wanted to watch a movie and play games," I said sadly when I realized she was leaving.

"Ma-maybe another time Jennie, I have important friends to hang out with," Jisoo said right before she slammed the front door shut.

'What have I done wrong this time?' I thought as I slid the disc for Aladdin into the movie player.

I thought for a moment about something that gave me pause. I sat on the bed with small tears in my eyes. 'Important friends to hang out with. I'm not important."

I sighed as the tears ran down my face and I resigned back into my cocoon of sadness.

'I never was important to her in the first place.'
