Fortunate Accident (FemDeku x Todoroki) [BNHA]

Sleep over part 3

Midoriya's POV:

*OMG! I'm gonna sleep in the same bed with Todoroki! Is this real life? If so, then don't wake me up!*
My thoughts were scattered in my head as the voice of Momo announcing the winners was still echoing in my ears.

"Well guys, that was the last activity for tonight. Now let's all lie down in our sleeping bags and rest."
Momo said.
Every one got in their sleeping bags, except for me and Todoroki who sat on the bed.

"Are you sure you want to sleep in the sleeping bag, Momo? You do own this bed and this is your sleep over."
I asked Momo, trying to see if she changes her mind. Even though I know she might not.

"Oh Midoriya, I'm fine! I've camped out in the wood before. Second, you're correct. This is my sleep over, so I make the rules."
She said raising her pointer finger

"O-oh, I was just-"

"Don't you want to sleep with me, Midoriya? I am your boyfriend right?"
He looked at me with innocent eyes.
I don't think he realizes that what he said had a different meaning.
(gettin'a little pervy, Deku?)

"I-it's not like that! I-i just-"

"Aaaggrrhhh!!! Just go to bed, Deku!!!"
Bakugo yelled at Midoriya making him hide in the covers.

"Well then, if everyone is ready to go to sleep, I'll turn off the lights now."
With two claps, the light were turned off. I had no other choice but to lay down on the bed. In my view, I was on the right side of the bed. I turned to my right and faced the bathroom door. Without another word, I closed my eyes and slept.

*DREAM *

This day is going smoothly. The people are smiling, the atmosphere is great, and everything else was out of the question.

We were out of our classroom for our PE session. After a ton of running laps, I got tired and decided to sit beneath a tree near the track.

"That was a nice run, Midoriya."
Kirishima told me as he tried to catch his breath.

"Yeah, you too. Wanna sit down and rest for a bit?"
I invited him to the trees to enjoy the shade.

"Oi! Kirishima, get you ass over here and run!"
Bakugo shouted at Kirishima. They sure were getting together quite well.

"Aw sorry Midoriya. As you see, Bakugo wants me to get back on the track. Gotta go!"
Kirishima said before running off to Bakugo.

I just chuckled at this walk to a tree and saw Todoroki.
He was already there and he was sleeping soundly, leaning on the tree. I gently caressed his face and sat next to him, closing my eyes.

It was a beautiful sight I saw before closing my eyes. But as soon as I open them, I met a terrible sight.

Fire and smoke everywhere, sirens wailing, buildings destroyed, but what's worse is when I looked to my side where I remember Todoroki was, he was laying lifelessly beside me.

Not only him, as I stood up and saw, I wasn't in school, this seemed to be the city. I saw familiar faced lying dead on the ground.

"Nooo!!! Who would do this?! Why??!"
I cried out desperately as I fell to the ground. I glanced back at Todoroki, but he wasn't there. Instead, he was standing behind me, right hand to my face.

He didn't look like himself. His eyes were filled with bloodlust. Before I could call out to his name, he froze me into an iceberg.

I saw everything slowly blurring. But before I shut my eyes, Todoroki fell to the ground and lit himself on fire with his quirk. The flames immediately engulfed everything in sight. The ice surrounding my melted in the heat.

(Okay, I had to put a note here. As you have read on previous chapters, Bakugo was the one acting strange in the dreams. But then I realized that if I continued to do that, It would seem like a BakuDeku story instead. So, in the end, I'll have to make Todoroki be the strange one and that would connect to the story more easily. I had to point that out or else you guys might get confused.)

I couldn't understand why he was acting like that. He muttered something that I didn't hear.
Then out of the smokes, a man appeared next to him. He looked at me with sharp eyes that could kill.
We all stood still as the flames burned us off.

*DREAM ENDS*

I woke up panting as I jotted upright. I looked beside me to see Todoroki there. I was relieved that none of it was truly happening. But what did that mean? First Kacchan, now Todoroki? I don't understand.
It first time I that that man in my dreams was on the bus after I got transformed. Is it some sort of side-effect?

I laid back on my side, trying to find out the reason for these nightmares, when I felt a warm embrace from behind.

"Hey, are you alright Midoriya? You seem worried."
Todoroki had hugged me and pulled my closer to him. I felt his breath on my nape as it sent shivers down my spine.

"N-nothing. I just had a bad dream."
I said trying not to mind that his hand was now on my chest. My heart started to beat wildly, I swear that he might've felt it.

All of a sudden, he flips me making me look towards him and puts his hand on my waist. It kept giving me shivers because he kept touching the parts of my body that was sensitive.

"No, I have a feeling that you have something else you want to say. I can see it in your face."
He looked at me with eyes that seemed to dig into my mind as if he wanted to find it out by himself.

"Okay, I'll tell you. I'm just scared that something terrible might happen."
I told him as I tried to look away from him, but I wasn't able to do so since his grip just got a bit tighter.

He pulls my head to his chest as his warm hand gently rustled my hair and the other was wrapped around me.

"There is nothing to be afraid of. As long as I'm here, you'll be safe."
He said. Sure enough, his voice calmed me down as I breathed out.

But no matter how much he comforted me, I felt like something bad is going to happen.
