He catches a glimpse of me and turns to my direction. He smiles at me menacingly.

"You heroes aren't that great at all! Most of you just want it for the fame and fortune!
Because of that, people hate us for not being the same despite having quirks.
Without even thinking twice of what people with quirks like us have to say."
He kept his stance.

He shouted from the other side the steam from the ice.

"Shirai would say otherwise! I know how it felt to be bullied and you want to prove someone wrong. But this isn't the way!"
I tried to get it in his mind that he has made a mistake.

"How would you know?! You don't know what she and I had to go through! Don't try to sound like you're one of us!"

"Look at her! I bet one day, she and her "friend" will become villains. They're weird! They don't even know how to use their quirks properly."

A group of children spat at Shirai for having such quirk.

"BACK OFF BEFORE I'LL POUND YOUR FACES TO DUST!!!"

A black haired boy came and scared the kids away.

"I'm sorry you had to save me again, Kuroki."
She said after getting up and brushed the dirt of her dress.

"Don't think about it. They think they can do what they want? I'll prove them that our quirks are just as great as the heroes! They just don't think the same. They're kookoo heads."

The raven haired boy boasted, putting his hands on his hips. Shirai looked down and fiddled with her hands.

"They said we'd become villains with our quirks..."
Shirai said as she started to tear up.

"So many kids think that we're evil. Do I look scary? Do I not look normal? Why do they have to say such mean things?"
Shirai started to sob and rub her eyes.

"Don't mind them. They're just a bunch of meanies. When we grow up, we'll prove them wrong. We could be so much more."

"It may look like I don't know, but I do! Don't make this harder on yourself. And Shirai. I thought you cared for her. Is this the way you want to live? As Villains?!"

I tried to lecture him once more. But it seems that I won't have a choice but to fight him.
