"Okay, that's all for today's class. Make sure to submit your essay on Napoleon next week. You can have your lunch now. Class dismissed," the history teacher walked out from the class as most of the students groaned in protest.
Adam merely just playing with the ring on his pinky before closing his eyes and lean back against his seat. Half of his classmates had left class and went to the cafeteria by now.
Opening his eyes lazily, he fished out his phone and opened up Instagram. And the very first picture he laid his eyes on was a picture of a bunch of girls from class next door. Though his eyes only fixed on that one cute girl who's trying to make some silly pose.
Nobody knows of this Adam guy having a crush on someone and he's not planning to let the whole school know. He just wanted to live a normal high schooler's life.
Though it all didn't work the way he wanted it to be when this friend of him had decided to make Adam joined the fame ride unintentionally.
No matter how ridiculous or flirty this friend of his, Adam couldn't just push him away for making him amongst the popular guy at school.
Adam had been known as the "Loner" of the school and not in a bad way. That nickname he had been entitled for was because of his personality in which he prefers to be alone for most of the time and he wouldn't talk much unless he wanted to. Since "Ice Prince" was an overrated title, the students prefer to call him the "Loner".
Adam smiled unconsciously before putting his phone back in his pocket and grabbed a pack of haribo gummy candy, before heading out of the class.
Walking down the stairs, he popped open the pack and stuff some candy in his mouth. He's quite grateful that some of his lil fans are practically supplying him with snacks and candies inside his locker mysteriously that it makes him thinking how did they put it inside. Thankfully, none of his things are missing so he trust them as long as they didn't have any bad intention.
He walked through the hallway silently, trying to ignore the stares on him and some giggles from his fans. Probably, they're happy seeing that he accepted their little gift.
He was about to munch another gummy bear when he past by the weirdly eye-catching poster that appears to be made with some crayons.
"Join the Swim Club," Adam read the poster. Knowingly, he smiled and make a mental note to sign up for it.
He always wanted to join a swim team but his previous school didn't have one. To add that, he loves swimming more than reading so he knew he had to join.
