Where did she go? Is she taking a shit?

Ela's been in that bathroom for 8 minutes already, I'm starting suspect things.

"Where's Ela?" Someone suddenly spoke, which made me jump. I looked to their direction and see Chanmi. I forgot she was here.

"Probably taking a shit or having public bathroom sex with her new boyfriend, I don't know."

She laughed at my remark. She tried stopping her laugh, but started snorting. Cute.

She cleared her throat. "Do you want me to check on her?" She asked.

I shook my head and smiled. "Ah, no, you don't have to. It's okay."

She nodded and sunk back to her seat.

The was a short silence. I hated it. Silence was so awkward and boring. Especially when you're waiting desperately for your sister to come out of the bathroom so, you won't be alone.

This silence is killing me. I'm gonna talk.

"So-" Then I felt my phone suddenly vibrate. I fished out my phone from my side and tapped on the notification.

Dumbass Ela: hey bro, so uh, i ditched you two hehe. I'll explain later. I went on a date with soonyoung. You two enjoy yours ~ bring her home before 9pm. You come home before 9pm too, dont stay out that long. (mali to vro iba yung sinabe niya sa kabilang chap)

"Fucking hell!" I said out loud unconciously. I apologized for my profanity.

"It's alright. What happened?" She asked with wide eyes, eyeing on my phone, trying not to make eye contact with me.

"Your bestfriend left us." I said while throwing my phone back to the empty seat next to me and scoffed.

"Why did she leave?" She asked, still not getting the picture. How dumb can she get.

"To keep it short, she set us up on a date." I made sure to emphasize that word. That way, she wouldn't get any ideas. "Oh."

She flattened her lips and moved back further. I stared at her, analyzing her face. Her brows were furrowed and her lips stayed flattened. She looks focused on thinking.

Suddenly her eyes caught mine and her face went back to the normal expression. I looked to the side immediately.

"Hey, Jeon." She called out. I quickly glued my eyes back at hers. "Yeah?"

"Let's say that this is a practice date."

I tilted my head at what she said. What the hell is a practice date?

"I don't know, I just wanted to make this day more memorable for you and for this day not to be a waste of time. Let's say it's a practice date for you and the one you actually like." She clarified.

Oh. I still don't get it.

"Are you trying to say that, I'll take you to places or do things with you, that I always wanted to do with Sung- I mean! The one I like?"

She chuckled. "Jeon, we all know you like Sunghyo. No need to hide it."

I widened my eyes. "My sister told you?! Oh shit! What if she told Sunghyo?"

"Calm your tiddies, she only told me." She gave me a warm smile. Her smile faded and she had no expression on her face.
